He was sympathetic of our situation and managed to squeeze us in despite his busy schedule. He's courteous and professional, we processed the deposit and the contract the same day. There was absolutely no communication from him before our wedding or afterward. We requested a refund multiple times through text and Zelle and never received a response or a refund. To make matters worse, he blocked me on Instagram instead of addressing the situation. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and couples deserve reliability, professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
