He was contracted to repair leaks on Station 2 and 6 as well as change 10 heads on Station 2-11. Mr. Fletcher came out and worked for a couple of hours and let us know the job was complete. I paid the invoice for $475. Throughout the night of 7/22/25 a leak of 4,608 gallons of water happened. He came back and changed the solenoids he had replaced. He said it was dark. The next morning the sprinklers we disabled came on automatically. I called Mike. 3rd visit! Now everything was fixed, right? On Aug.4, 2025 I woke up to a tremendous water leak again, this time it was 6,109 gallons of water used overnight. Contacted Mr. Fletcher again to let him know this was too much, water was still leaking, and I needed him to come and take care of this issue or refund half my money and pay for my water bill from the 2 leaks. He proceeded to state that he had done me enough favors. That he was contracted to work on Station 6. But actually he was contracted to change or cap heads on all the stations. See invoice.
