We have done many large extensive projects with Charter plumbing, such as our home foundation watering system, irrigation system with faucet pumps on 10 acres, a venting system for main farm house plumbing, and a gas line to our outdoor grill. "The Boys" are our terms of endearment for Charter Plumbing outfit; wish we could adopt them as our own! They are TOPS in our book. You will never be disappointed with their work, and feel quite confident in making this statement. Now to address the delicate subject matter of pricing. BITE THE BULLET, you can get cheaper pricing, though, remember you get what you pay for. Paying less was an option given to us by other companies. We made that choice to install plumbing in a cabin by our pond. We are still paying for repairs and mistakes made by that plumbing "outfit". "The Boys" advised that we were making a big mistake, and did we ever! Do not choose another company to pay less, and suffer 4 years of repairs as we have done. Charter Plumbing has graciously assisted with these repairs, and fixed what they can. We will eventually have to redo the entire plumbing system of the cabin, because we chose to pay less. We have used Charter Plumbing several times over the past 5 years, to correct what was installed incorrectly in our home by the plumber that was contracted during construction. They have bent over backwards to make us happy, even though none of the issues were due to their work. From replacing a septic line, to finding/fixing leaks in the piping, to replacing the kitchen faucet set, they have ALWAYS treated us fairly. They professionally discuss and clearly explain the underlying problem, propose a fix, and then make the repair. I will not use any other plumber, and will recommend them to anyone in need of a fast, fair, friendly, experienced, reliable, plumber. Excellent service. I actually found this company when I was in the process of buying my farmhouse. I needed an estimate on plumbing repairs while negotiating my sales contract w/the sellers. Jimmy went out and gave me a list of needed repairs and cost estimates at no cost. I ended up buying the farmhouse and called them in to do the repairs. That was 5 years ago. Have used them several times since then to do a variety of improvements and repairs. Over the last week I had a gas leak that required my gas to be turned off until the leak was fixed. I got one plumber. I felt like he was more interested in the money then fixing my leak. I found a plumber (Charter Plumbing) from Wolf City that made me feel they were interested in fixing my problem. They found my leaks & repaired it. Plumbing repairs are not cheap so you need to find someone you can trust. If you need a plumber in Fannin, Hunt or Grayson County I would recommend you talk to these guys. read more
