We called and left a voicemail message about a small repair job we needed help with and received a call back before the end of the day. We then texted and forwarded pictures of what we needed help with and almost immediately received a response with a ballpark repair figure. Two days later, the gentleman came to our house and quickly and efficiently completed the repair job and the cost was under $200.00. The "ballpark" figure was anywhere up to $1,000.00. He replaced some wood that looked eaten away (squirrels?) under our Bay window and did an excellent job. I called Chuck as a new customer and he was at my house in less than an hour. He stopped the leak for the overnight, then came back this morning and installed a new water heater. Poor Communication I…read morecontacted this company to install two smoke alarms at one of our rental homes. The technician came out and said the whole system needed to be checked, then claimed that three alarms were required instead of two -- without notifying me, the landlord. Later, the owner called and admitted there was a communication issue. Then he called again, saying that to install two more, I would need to pay another $150 trip charge, plus the cost of the two additional units. This experience showed very poor communication. They even told my tenants that more smoke alarms needed to be replaced, which was not true. When I visited the property myself, I confirmed the home was built in 2017, and most of the smoke alarms are still under the 10-year manufacturer warranty, so they do not need replacement. The story kept changing, and it felt like they were more interested in adding unnecessary charges than standing by their word. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

BEWARE****Len Waatti was suppose to replace a sewer line for me and dug a tunnel under my home to…read morereplace the sewer line between my kitchen and master bath. He told me he replaced it and that the it was tested and all good. I traded him my BMW for the work only to have another group come out to find out the he DID NOT REPLACE THE LINE. He actually laid new pipes out in my yard like he was going to replace them, but it was just for show and then put them back on his truck when I left. When I confronted him about it, he said that I told him I didn't have the money. I ended up going with a reputable plumbing company and spent $30k to have them all replaced. (Yeah Len, like I didn't have the money.. you're nothing more than a scam artist. ) The license # on his truck and card do not show up on a state license search. BEWARE!!!
