He was extremely professional and thorough, and best--fixed the clog causing our washer to back up. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and charged us half of what the other plumber charged us to get up on the roof to work out the stoppage. We plan to have him come back out in the summer to install new toilets for us, and would definitely have him back to do any other plumbing we needed. Pros: Friendly staff. Quality work…read more Cons: Expensive. Charges ~$80 per visit as stated over the phone. $400+ for gas leak tests. Repair would cost $800+. New unit $6000+. Plumber did not wear shoe covers when in the house. Phone message says only opens Monday to Friday. If they had a more reasonable price, I would have given 5 stars. I called them to come look at a malfunctioned tankless water heater. Plumber says it's broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $6000+. Yikes! Before the unit can be replaced, the gas lines needed to be checked for leaks. I agreed for the $400+ gas leak test. Plumber found leaks in the lines and says repairs would be over $800 and another test would be performed to find any additional leaks/repairs. I decided to stop there and pay the ~$480 (for the test and visit) and shopped around. Meanwhile, the plumber calls the gas company and had my gas shut off (for safety) and I was out of, not only hot water, but central heating as well for the chilly 30F-40F weekend. The gas leak was minimal, no one in the household smelled any gas at all so this took us for a surprise. I ended up using a different company through recommendations that did the same work for half the price. ~$200 for a leak test, ~$700 for repairs (includes permit), and ~$3000 for a new tankless water heater and they came out during the weekend to install. Everything was done to my specifications and I'm a happy camper. If you're looking for a quality work from master plumbers, these are your guys. If you're willing to shop around and research, there are cheaper alternatives around town.

Our experience with them from first phone call to end project was positive. I called and spoke with Amber. I explained our guest bathroom leaky toilet problem. Amber was professional and friendly. She explained there was an upfront $89 charge for a service technician to come out. The service technician would evaluate and let us know the total cost up front. I agreed the charge was acceptable and made an appointment for a service technician to come out to our home. The morning of the appointment Amber called to let us know Rocky Johnson (Service Technician) with 27 years of experience was on his way. Also received a text & email with Rocky's picture. Rocky arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and explained what was needed. He was very detailed and patient with our questions before we agreed on the service. I will say, they were very fast to provide an estimate, get us on their install schedule and take our money, but things took a turn for the worse during the installation. We were replacing two traditional water heaters with one tankless and everything should have been smooth flowing, but the two install techs screwed up and broke some water pipes which in turn flooded our power bath and hallway with a few inches of water which sat for a few hours. The two techs were very apologetic and told my wife that their actions caused the flood but their boss, Jake, told us a different story. He claimed that it had been an existing slow leak that they 'found' but the funny thing is our wood floors weren't buckling, there was no mold or any other tell-tale signs of an existing leak. When the flood remediation company showed up to start clean up JMP's mess, they confirmed this flooding was fresh and caused by the installation. Fast forward to today and we are now trying to engage with the owner of JMP Plumbing, Jillian, but she refuses to answer our calls or even return text messages, basically ghosting us because she knows they are at a fault. We are out of pocket an additional $3,000 for the flood damage but JMP got their money, so they are more than happy to ignore us.
