I've been with them…read more50 years and have always had a great working relationship with them, so have stayed with them. UNTIL NOW, since they've been taken over by Consumers Credit Union. What a horrid, unresponsive, negligent, customer-hostile organization it is! I closed my accounts there shortly before the takeover and was told my balances would be sent by mail. As it's now been a few weeks and I haven't received my check yet, I'm interested in learning the status of this transaction. All inquiries now go to the Consumers Credit phone number. I've called 3x now and have been on hold for an hour and a half. There is no other number given to call, and I'm unable to speak with a human about this. Horrible, woefully deficient customer relations and from what I've read elsewhere, a positively dreadful company to do business with. PUT YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT CONSUMERS CREDIT UNION.

Old seconds team was very swift with informing me the system was updating overnight and unfortunately with the check being on hold it was a very rare error in the system. I spoke with a manager and he informed me they would get the check cleared much faster than expected as a way to make up for the issue. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Had a charge that did not belong on my account. Called customer service, and let me say the one thing they do not provide is service, to try to get some help. Basically got absolutely nothing, was told it could take up to two months I had three different forms to fill out and a bunch of hoops to jump through. I think it would've been easier if they would've just told me to go screw myself and hung up the phone. I have been banking with them for over 30 years now, this is the first time I can recall having any kind of dispute on my debit card and unfortunately I realized at that point I was on my own. I would definitely recommend using a more reputable bank who supports their customers when they have an issue. I'm just glad it was not a large sum of money that would've been tied up for two months.
