I recently moved from Harris Bank, who I had been with since I was 14 and I have to say, I"m really happy with the change. I feel like they look at you as a customer and a person, not as much of a random number. They are not only friendly and remember you aa a customer, but regardless of my financial needs they have been able to help me with my needs- from traveling in Africa to closing and opening accounts and using their app for paying bills. I've walked into other bank branches only to see they were short on tellers and had a winding line of clients. NOT HERE! Whether you see a teller or one of the managers, your wait is brief. I had specifically asked for a letter verifying my account that included the business name, including the LLC (the checks did not include the LLC and the other option for my to move forward was to obtain a signed account verification letter), account number and type, and routing number. The deposit account summary did not include the routing number so the deposit account summary was not useful to me in anyway so once I left, I tried calling the branch to speak to the manager but after 5 unsuccessful attempts called customer service and they had absolutely no problem sending me an account verification letter. I waited at the branch for over 15 minutes after signing in and between the time I waited and spoke to customer service agent, I spent over 2 hours attending to his matter.

The ATM shut off in my cards inside the ATM that was trying to reboot several times I informed someone they said they had to get a technician to come out. I received confirmation letting me know I was next in line to see a banker. I waited 45 minutes. The banker then proceeded to help multiple walk-ins that arrived much later than I did and who never checked into the virtual line. Get rid of the signs if you aren't utilizing the virtual line. I ended up leaving without once being helped as they were about to close. But don't worry .. the woman who randomly walked up to the banker when I was clearly next got her checks ordered.
