Granted it was the holiday season I wasn't overly surprised not getting before Christmas. Then new years passed and still nothing. After tearing my house apart just making sure I didn't get, I called on Jan 8th to find out no one submitted the request. I was pretty annoyed by that. I spoke to a Mark and he said that he'd get it taken care of and I'd see my card in 7-10 days, little annoyed I wasn't told they would expedite it seeing the initial request almost a month ago wasn't processed. I'll call back in a day to check to see if it was ACTUALLY processed this time. I'm highly considering about pulling my money out of the credit union, this isn't the first time I've had issues.
