They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. All that I've ever done with my accounts there is deposit paychecks and withdraw money. Why is my account being closed? I was sent a letter about unsatisfactory activity. Bankers have given me wrong information over the phone and inside the bank.  There was an overdraft that happened that wasn't my fault.
