So all the time that I spent was wasted. I will say that I'm old and I double check everything against my spreadsheet and the accounts so it takes me a little bit longer. But why doesn't something come up on the screen and say your session is about to time out with a countdown timer from say five minutes. The second thing is Why when you go to use an ATM you can't make multiple transactions without re-logging back into the ATM machine. It's like a one trick pony. Why can't they ask you? My dad, who has perfect credit wanted a home loan and he was made to wait too long for someone to help him and went to PNC instead for his mortgage.
