Well this story starts 9/19/25 I went to the bank to deposit some funds I received for my finance'…read more I was told to deposit the funds they will sit for a few days and I can come back to retrieve my funds. Ok no problem however when I go back Tuesday after the funds cleared the Branch Manager Tamira Bacon was in! She asked me for a few more documents to ensure I had all rights to deposit the funds! I even presented her with the POA. She told me she will call me in 30-60 minutes that was at 11am around 1pm I called her, she then proceeded to tell me that she have someone else looking at the paperwork and they should be done by 4pm. 4pm came and went still no returned call! I let it go till Friday! I go in earlier in the day she still telling me lies because EVERYTIME I spoke with the Customer Service line they continued to tell me Tamira Bacon is holding my funds then I come to find out she put a restriction on my account by Saturday 10/4/25 my account has been closed for no valid reason! They are still holding my finance' funds! This has been a horrendous experience I've been a Chase customer for years never had a problem now because of the amount of the funds all this extra mess has occurred! Other PNCs have long lines, and this one is so nice because you can walk in and they always make time for you. They also offer Finacial coaching way better than other places to the point where I don't even need to see a separate Finacial advisor. They're super nice, fast, professional, never made a mistake in all 3 years I've been with them. I think the staff actually might like working there and aren't faking being happy. The staff actually learns how to pronounce your name, and I have a super long last name. Great service, but the best part to me tbh has to be how there's never any lines and it's so fast to go there. In and out instant. No other bank has served me that fast.

I feel like she could have at least said it in a low tone, or just simply wrote it down on a piece of paper. I felt very uncomfortable with this because she basically exposed my personal information to the other customers in the bank. For example she asked for my id then yelled my address out loud (as if she couldn't just confirm it with my id laying on the table in front of her). Also another bank teller had to remind her to write down my bank account number instead of yelling it across the room. Very unprofessional! Will not be returning ever...
