What's the point of having a bank open on the weekend if you can't help out. I tried to withdraw money, and I was not able to due to insufficient funds. This jackass just standing around doesn't even know my problem and asks to stand in line and they can help me. Only to go waste my time with a Bank teller that was acting like a bitch. Seems like she's naturally good at it I feel sorry for her. She should not work there with that attitude. She tells me my money won't be available till Monday. Next, I went over to the jackass standing around that she could not help me and he's unsure of what to do. The manager was standing next to him and told me my funds won't be available till Tuesday. So, I got a person telling me my currency won't be available until Monday, and the manager says Tuesday, so which day is it? I can't check on my phone I currently don't have one. Why have the bank open if you can't help business day or not. Might as well have it closed because I left with no help at all and confused about what day my money will be available. You can clearly see I'm upset on my way out and the jackass proceeds to tell me have a great day. Was that sarcasm? I told him to fuck off with that have a great day bullshit. I can see why this branch has 2 stars. I come and make daily deposits and yet for some reason every time I need change, they ask me for an ID. FOR WHAT!?!?? What is the purpose? Never have I ever had that happen at other banks for the work that I do. Today 3/27 at around 2:15pm-2:20pm the guy behind the counter, chubby Hispanic guy with glasses, asked me for an ID to get $200 of change. He refused to help me and when I explained that the other lady did it before without an ID, he then made me wait in line again to speak to a different teller, which gave me no hassle. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BRANCH MANAGER ZONIA!!!!!! I went in for a simple fix on my card and the way she conducts herself as a "manager" is abhorrent It is absolutely disgusting how she talks like shes a 16 year old with a nasty attitude!! She refused to help me on a simple fix that from what customer service reps Daniel has explained in his words "i do not understand why she wasnt able to fix that for you it takes about less than 2 minutes" Zonia said she will not help me because she doesnt want her branch shutdown for capacity and is only helping withdrawal customers. I asked her okay well who do i speak to to get this situated and she told me to go to another branch & i asked her if she can call that branch manager and she refused until i said i am not leaving until she does so. Always busy, both inside and parking lot. Came late night once and got scammed inside the ATM room, sought help or at the very least video footage from cameras and was turned the other way. Both police and bank said it's out of their hands even though it happened inside the bank on their property. Honestly most experiences of mine at this location have been awful and this was the last straw. Highly recommend another chase. read more

The customer service here is quite poor. There is no sense of order and or representatives that are doing their job. Have been waiting for about 25 mins just to even be seen by a banker. Which in other sites is the quickest especially during non peek hours. I highly recommend you go to any other location but this one. Don't waste your life waiting for this poor service. read more

While in the neighborhood yesterday, and looking for a quick place to get some cash. I stumbled upon this local Chase branch using my Chase app on my phone. As I walked into the bank I was surprised to be greeted at the door by one of the bank employees who was standing by the doorway. She did not just greet me, but both greeted smiled and made eye contact with everyone who was entering the bank at that busy time of the day! As I left the bank I was again met with a smile and a polite (genuine) "have a nice day" from the bank employee (sorry, I didnt catch the name). This may not seem like much, but as I drove away, left me thinking about how we have all but come accustomed to poor (or non existent) customer service from the several establishment that we visit on a daily basis. Needless to say it was refreshing to experience and see that great customer service still exists out there. Now if only we all had that kind of service everywhere we went... read more

Average rating is 1-1/2 stars - no wonder I always get a "system delay" whenever I come here to make a business deposit. I get a new teller every time as well, this must be a training bank. And don't take a Canadian sourced check, you will definitely get a delay at the counter. That is why lines are slow to move. I believe the management just needs to train the tellers more thorough to alleviate these problems. Other than that I have one star for the friendliness of the employees. Also, it couldn't hurt to have a security guard as they usually have people (men) hanging around that parking lot peddling and looking scary. read more

A branch that deposited my cash into the wrong account. Ok so I was at the bank depositing money to my friend, and I always ask before deposit, if she can check the account number matches the name, after she's done, I always double check again. Since the account number was wrote on the deposit slip and hand to her, I got the receipt and left. My friend told me there's nothing in the account, and I checked, the last 4 account number printed on the receipt is not even my friends account number. People all make mistakes, but not with the accounts! Make sure you guys always check the last 4 digits of the acct number on the receipt before you leave the branch. Ridiculous thing I have ever seen. And so did the manager never explain to me why or WHY? Never got a call back from her ever again. read more

I have been coming here since they opened and this branch is super clean and super friendly! As you walk in, someone always asks if they can help you. There is always parking in front (lot) and I always come here and get amazing service. There are four ATMs in the entry way of the bank so it's a quick in and out! If you need to wait in line, there is barely ever one. The staff is always courteous and you can always have a seat in the sitting area if waiting for a friend. read more

This branch doesn't seem to be a chase branch. Long lines for tellers, long wait times to see a personal banker, and that's on busy days. I come in on a rainy non busy hour and still had to wait for a teller only to tell me in have to see. Personal Banker to get simply a direct deposit form. The branch is empty, nevertheless I'm waiting 15 to 30 minutes for an available PB!? What is this, are they understaffed? Are they busy with other clients not at the branch?? This is ridiculously the worse Chase Branch in the area. I recommend avoiding all business done here, and choose elsewhere. I gave this branch various chances since it's near my work, but I'm 100% sure I'll get faster service at other branches. I'm done. read more

This bank has been bombarded with MACHINES!! I used to come here to avoid waiting in a long line at another location (line was due to...yup! you guessed it, MACHINES instead of tellers) HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT CHASE!! This is not a bad review to criticize the tellers. Ones that have helped me have been great. But it would be great to interact with a human being.
