Pity, that they have all gone to pursue bigger and better dreams in life. But I wish them the very best that life has to offer. Overall, I will say, here from day one I have felt at home . Teller stated we need to see the banker...fine whatever, no problem. Wait for 45 minutes and so I asked the teller if there will be another banker available soon to which she replied "Nope!" Ok...I said thank you and we left. The banker was with customers at her desk and could see us, but I think after a half hour someone should come let us know about how long, or offer some water, or at the very least have some coffee in the lobby for heavens sake. Very disappointed. I took her (my mother) to the location in Ypsilanti on Whittaker Rd and they were over the top accommodating. What a difference.

Never follow up, can't answer simple questions and always defering you to someone else. No Accountability. Additionally, their loan department makes up their own rules without disclosing T&Cs to you as the customer. They make assumptions and jump to conclusions without actual facts. Plenty of other financial institutions out there to work with rather than deal with CFCU unethical business practices. Stay far away and look elsewhere for a true Credit Union.
