Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots. After failing to get information about my account over the phone due to some voice identification that didn't match, they told me I would have to go to the bank. I never set up voice identification. When I called the bank and explained the situation, the Assistant Manager told me that I would have to come in to the bank. This is very bad Customer Service to a handicapped individual. I was then contacted by Kristofer T., US Digital Operations Customer Response at 1-856-437-3386. He left a message and email. I called him back 4 times and sent 2 emails and he has yet to respond since 11/12/25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!

Happily this spot is not far from me and may even be closer than my own home town branch. This spot is conveniently located on Old County Rd in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking. It is very easy to access from Hillside Ave and it's an easy in and out. My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. I went in today, and explained to the teller if I could pay my statement balance for a personal credit card, as well as my business card. No problem! He pulled up my accounts. Gave me my balances. Paid him. Simple enough. When I got home, i logged into my accounts, he didn't do what I asked! I asked to pay my statement balance. He gave me my current balances. Therefore, making me pay extra monies I didn't have to pay until next month! My mistake for assuming a teller knew the difference between a statement balance and a current balance!

The lady told me that it the transfer will be processed same day or next day. After four days the transfer was nor processed. I received the call from the lady Elliette informing me that she does not have a copy of my signed transfer documents. After I informed her that the transfer did not go true, she blamed me for putting the wrong info on the wire documents. All the info was printed from Schwab account and entered in computer by that employee. Very disappointed!

Most of the time I cannot make it to the local branch near my home during the week and it's way to crowded on weekends to get anything accomplished so I usually step out from work for a few moments to handle my business here. There's a private lot, drive through atm, and drive through teller. There are usually at least 4 tellers on duty so the line inside goes pretty quickly. I did notice that this branch does not seem to have an active security guard. If I had to make an educated guess I would say it's because they are next door to the Nassau County court house which is swarming with police activity. The only reason this branch gets four stars instead of five is because I came in one day to get my name on my card updated (due to marriage) and the manager handled my request and spelled the name on my card wrong. Not once, but TWICE! I know I wrote it correctly on the form and provided a copy of the marriage certificate for her to verify but she clearly made a typo when she keyed it in. This resulted in me having to cancel the card again and being without a card for several days as I was waiting for the new one to arrive. They did give me a temporary card but it did not have all the necesarry financial functions as a real card. I called her and she was apologetic and did resolve the issue and even offered to expedite the shipping. It still arrived regular mail. She must have forgotten. I will excuse it because it's the only time I have ever had an issue.

They are truly very attentive to their clients needs and offer full service banking products. They also maintain a beautiful home location in Mineola which is an asset to our community.
