We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I obtained a replacement card in about 15 minutes after walking through the Banks front door. That staff was very professional and questioned my reason for assistance without having me wait too long. I appreciate that . I thought It was amazing I obtained a replacement card so quickly giving how busy the bank was. The only down fall was the ATM machine . The ATM machine is late model and the ATM card reading after several try's (100 in all, I'm just exaggerating of course) was not able to read my brand spanking new ATM card. One may at first question if the new ATM card was working due to issues with the machine. Well the BPCU came thru again. The staff assisted me and the machine eventually worked. I was told the Roosevelt NY Bethpage Credit Union will be upgrading their ATM machines shortly.

Most of the time I cannot make it to the local branch near my home during the week and it's way to crowded on weekends to get anything accomplished so I usually step out from work for a few moments to handle my business here. There's a private lot, drive through atm, and drive through teller. There are usually at least 4 tellers on duty so the line inside goes pretty quickly. I did notice that this branch does not seem to have an active security guard. If I had to make an educated guess I would say it's because they are next door to the Nassau County court house which is swarming with police activity. The only reason this branch gets four stars instead of five is because I came in one day to get my name on my card updated (due to marriage) and the manager handled my request and spelled the name on my card wrong. Not once, but TWICE! I know I wrote it correctly on the form and provided a copy of the marriage certificate for her to verify but she clearly made a typo when she keyed it in. This resulted in me having to cancel the card again and being without a card for several days as I was waiting for the new one to arrive. They did give me a temporary card but it did not have all the necesarry financial functions as a real card. I called her and she was apologetic and did resolve the issue and even offered to expedite the shipping. It still arrived regular mail. She must have forgotten. I will excuse it because it's the only time I have ever had an issue.
