My apologies Citibank for following my JOB. I work across the street. The teller gave me a look as if he didn't believe me. I had to show a freaking paystub...to put money in MY account. I let it slide because I didn't want to get loud. So the account was opened on the 3rd. Today is the 19th. Guess who has yet to get a debit card...yep. ME! Walked into the branch again...I was going to close the account and get a new one. Had paystubs (yes Citi. Obviously I'm a scammer), proof of an updated address and my ID and SSN. The lady was all okay until she saw my SSC was issued in 2012. I explained I lost it in a fire and got a new one. Now the back office will have an issue with me closing and opening my account. Her manager had an issue. Could not fund my account because of well...no reason. Bit my earnings were discussed and I was offered a Citi Credit Card. Really lady? If I can't service my BANK ACCOINT why would I dare get a Citibank Credit Card? I left the branch and got on the phone with someone with a Boston accent who told me the branch has the right to refuse me service. I'm going to assume it's my skin color and file a complaint. She took her time looking into our cards to ensure there was no issue and everything seems to be fine. She provided further action to report in case we have trouble at the ATM again. I feel the efforts were genuine and I hopefully will have no further issues. ATM has never worked anytime I've gone here. Went in branch to send a wire transfer after making an appt with customer service over the phone. I walk in at scheduled time, there is one teller at desk who would have helped 2 people online before me but that's not what I needed. There were girls chit chatting in the back about vacation! Anyway; the personal banker who had his face dug "in ppw" I started to inch over and he finally says after 6 mins you can come over here. We did the wire - IT WAS SENT WRONG. So not only did I waste my whole lunch break coming here, I now had to waste the rest of my afternoon calling and holding for wire dept. I changed my phone number early Feb and he let my husband and I know that once we complete it with him - we will be able to do them ourselves online. Nope. We have to wait 90 to do that transaction which is also extremely inconvenient since I wire once a week if not more now into my stock trade acct. Deposited my retirement fund check which is guaranteed funds into checking and wanted to do a wire and I was refused. First had to wait 2 days to "clear." Fine. I call back after 2 days and they now state I have to wait 7 ADDITIONAL days because that's security they have in place???? What? So I said can I go to the bank and withdrawal cash or make a cashiers check? The answer was yes. I asked the rep to explain to me what the difference was, she couldn't. Supervisors are abs useless as well lol. Once my tax return hits my acct, good riddance! Very disappointed since this is a bank at work acct and the guy who helped me open was fantastic.

The staff and service at this location is excellent. They are very organized and familiar with all types of transactions. At other banks it takes forever to find someone who knows how to handle an uncommon transaction. The drive-thru and ATM lines are long due to the branch being open only to essential by appointment visits. The drive-thru ATM has been out of cash for weeks now. Visiting the bank branch is manageable now. They have several security guards outside helping to facilitate the traffic flow and to take non-cash transactions from you to avoid waiting in line. I had to have an in person appointment and the banker was very efficient and fast. She had my transaction completed fast and correctly. She was very knowledgeable and was familiar with the forms which had to be filled out. She also opened an additional account for my business quickly. She was familiar with all the paperwork needed and made the process seamless.

They never fail to answer any questions and concerns as silly as my concerns may sometimes be, (I said it) with swift professionalism! Now they've introduced swift ATM deposits "it's just like dealing with a teller" I won't see the staff as much but something tells me I'll continue dropping in for my smiles, that lil extra service and yes my lollipop. It even has a second drive thru lane for that old school shuttle it up, with new age monitor to see the banking associate. You can opt to go inside anytime of day/night with your card to use ATM as well. The inside of location is open and airy. Straight ahead for the tellers and go to either side to see a banking associates for all other banking needs.

There's a drive through area outside as well and an ATM section in the entrance for after the bank is closed.
