The 1st instance was when I stopped in to get some gold coins and the teller rolled her eyes at me and said she had to go back to the vault to retrieve them. The 2nd instance which occurred to day was in the drive-through when I had to hit the call button to start service after I sent in the canister. Then when the service was rendered there was no verbial acknowlegement of the transaction from the teller. Just my receipt send in the tube. It is convenient to go to this branch but the poor customer service will keep me from choosing this location in the future.

All my other cards apply payments to the interest first, then the balance accruing the highest interest rate, then the lowest interest rate. FNBO does interest, lowest rate THEN highest rate. They will be milking me for that 24.49% for the next 2 years. Don't use them because they have SHADY practices!!

Every single time the girls at the desk giggle or make a comment about "wow that's a lot" when I ask for a few rolls. I've even had times where the person getting the quarters for me complains about it. Like-do your job, why is it such an inconvenience to you? Why are you making commentary on your customers needs? Super unprofessional and I've been banking here for 6 years...probably will switch. Great place to go if you don't mind being bullied.
