Worst banker experience ever!!! Stood in line for over 30 minutes while one teller had a conversation about Disney world and the other organized her drawer. I was recently at a Chase branch on Polk St in Desoto, TX. I was trying to make a withdrawal and the teller said she would need my ID. I had just gotten a new wallet that is still stiff and it took me a while to get my ID out of the pouch. The teller then asked "would you like me to do it for you?" Keep in mind I have no disabilities. It was very rude. I have dealt with this behavior many times and that was the last straw. My husband and I switched both of our personal and business accounts to another bank who appreciates us. read more

I am not really happy with this place. This place has grown a lot over the years and they are located in a very tight spot. The place is too small for such a busy bank. Two times I been disapointed going over there and have to wait to talk to someone to open up a savings account. My husband and I do not have a whole lot of time just to need to get in and get out. Always waiting behind 3 or 4 people.they only have one or two working in cubicle. They really need 4 people working that area since they do have three other cubicle. The tellers here been awesome here. I honestly think Chase out grew this place. This side of town needs one but I think Chase needs to build a new place like across the street. Have better parking spaces and better customer service when you need to take care of more people walking into your bank and need to talk to someone. read more

Usually, this bank is just a standard Chase location. You get in, you get out (sometimes a little slower than hoped). However, today this dapper young gentleman (I'm assuming he was the manager) saw the tellers were taking a little bit longer than usual, so he took my deposit into the back and did it for me. If I could give negative stars, I would. First, they have removed the drive through options for any non business transaction. Second they have very few tellers to handle face to face transactions inside the bank. Instead, you are forced to use an ATM to conduct business unless you want to wait in long lines for a human to conduct your banking business. Listen, self transactions is fine at the grocery store. But this is my money. My finances. Arguably the single most importantly item in a persons life. I want a human to talk to, not an ATM! I went through the drive through to cash a check. The teller refused to handle my transaction because it was not a business account. I explained my frustration. It was met with indifference. When I said I'm going to change banks, the teller shrugged and said that was fine. Come on! I get your a teller and make little more than minimum wage. But service like that is guaranteed to get your position done away with. SMH. I'm tired of bad behavior and bad service. Looking for a new bank. STAT! read more

I went to deposit to The older walk up ATM outside the bank. I deposit $1,400 and the it only said I deposited $12,000. Now I know machines have their flaws and I understand that, it's happened to me before. But I that's not what bothered me that much, I know they can pay it back. But my issue was with the lady I got stuck with talking too, she had a heavy Indian accent and we just could not understand each other. And not only that she kept thinking I deposited a $1,000 bill in my account. Fix machines, train the accents. read more

With everything going on. After years of banking with them I am Very displeased and am redirecting my deposits t a New bank soon I am tired of the shenanigans. The new manager at the Beltline rd Chase questioned me on a small amount if a withdrawal the other week. Funny thing is her excuse was very unprofessional and has nothing to do with bank policies. For years I have never been hassled about getting my money. I know she's New, but there's n excuse for her not knowing that it's none of your business why I need and want my money. That's Personal. We are in a Pandemic. Who isn't struggling and trying to keep afloat. The previous Manager Andrea always was professional and went out her way to help you and make your experience a good one. Chase needs to o a better screening when putting someone in a Managerial position. Especially someone who can make you lose customers who have been with Chase for years. First of all as others have already explained there is no drive through for customer transactions unless you have a business transaction. I needed to cash checks and Joyce was very rude wouldn't help me in the drive through bc I didn't have a business account when I know she was able to. She said I had to come inside, I work in the medical field so I hate wearing scrubs into public places. There was no one in there, so again she could've helped me in the drive thru but chose not to. read more

Horrible service. The " new" manager. Is unprofessional. I've had this business account at chase for several years. Yet i have to jump through hoops to get my own money. The manager, Kim snatched my card and ID twice . TALKED TO ME LIKE I WAS A CRIMINAL. She was very judgmental. I had id and Pin number to my card. But yet i still got put through ringer for no reason. Then after all of they my card would not work at the atm to do a withdrawal. Hmmm ! How ironic. I do not recommend this branch at all. Kim will judge you based on the color of your skin!
