My initial experience opening an auto loan at this location wasn't great-- I felt the "relationship banker" and I did not have a clear line of communication before I left. But in BOK's defense, I was under the weather and mental focus was at 70% capacity. While I'm still not 100% confident in my personal banker on the loan side, I am positive this branch will quickly and courteously answer any phone call or email in a timely manner. The lobby and exterior are always neat. My usual visits occur during lunch break, and staff is often low which creates waves of long lines (3+ people with 1 clerk). Try to visit before noon or after 1pm to decrease your chance of waiting.

They call us to tell us about new types of accounts which will save us money in fees or earn better interest. They make banking a very positive experience.
