Parking isn't very good because it's right next to the CWU campus and one of the Halls. ATM doesn't work at all during weekends and Friday. They dont open on Saturdays. weekdays they are late. Some of the staff dont like new students accounts they will block debit cards and block your account internally and make you drive to Seattle branches which is more big and friendly.

Not only that, I tried to pay off my vehicle and I cant even do that because I get forced insurance on my vehicle. I've had insurance on the vehicle this whole time and now I have to wait even longer to pay it off because they have to look into it when they already have my insurance information? Do they know that interest accrues daily? They must not care. Closing my accounts and never doing business with them again. Anything to try and get the most money they can from you.

Was looking for a bank to make a cash withdrawl in the area. The internet search recommended this…read morebranch and no surcharges were advertised. This was not a US bank atm card. Immediately upon inserting card, the machine displayed an out of service message and did not return my card. I entered the branch and spoke with an assistant manager who advised all non-US bank cards are immediately destroyed. I had not even had opportunity to enter the PIN. I had arrangements to make a purchase for a vehicle and the deal fell through as a result of being unable to get cash in time. No signage was in a conspicuous location on or around the atm to warn of this bank policy. Thank you US Bank.
