Such a great customer service experience from Juliet! Allstate was accurate, thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable; indicated that a policy would NOT be cancelled without a personal contact or phone call (to ensure something didn't go wrong). They went the extra mile to confirm that my home was insured within hours, and double checked via a 3-way phone call to make sure escrow had the necessary information they needed, etc. I felt like a valued customer and will continue to take my business on multiple rentals to Allstate.
