I needed cash and to my surprise Bank of the West does not have any nearby branches. I used 1 of their Atms in the airport but there is a really low limit on the amount I can withdraw. Fith Third Bank was awesome enough to help me take out two seperate cash advances and take the time to add me to their system and process the transactions. This bank literally saved my butt. They helped make a trip from California to Ohio not be a complete waste of an entire day and money!! Thanks so much for all your help!

That was another 10 mins.. it was all too much for a lunch break and a bank that had no lines in the drive thru. I'm gonna say it again, do better PNC. This the 3rd branch I went too and they all are slow as molasses but the service is not smiley friendly. It's more of I smiled back but I know you're upset from waiting so long. They do say thank you each time they take my money. But they make me feel so conflicted while giving it to them.

Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. I highly recommend this place, and would continue doing now with them.
