My banker was great and I had a seamless transition from my old bank to my new one. There's a drive-thru ATM and a number of bankers who work here. It's a bank... what else is there to say?

That was another 10 mins.. it was all too much for a lunch break and a bank that had no lines in the drive thru. I'm gonna say it again, do better PNC. This the 3rd branch I went too and they all are slow as molasses but the service is not smiley friendly. It's more of I smiled back but I know you're upset from waiting so long. They do say thank you each time they take my money. But they make me feel so conflicted while giving it to them.

They continue to raise the minimum requirements on their accounts so they can charge your more each money to hold your money. Go go in too early on a Monday and expect them them to have change or be able to break large bills....they dont get their money until later in the day. With that all being said the ladies are nice and always smile, but AVOID this BANK unless you enjoy giving away your hard earned money and will need to visit another Bank to get the rest of the services that a traditional bank would offer.

When i called customer service they asked me if I have ever been a victim of identity theft. I have not. But even if I had, why are you victimizing people even further by upending our finances??? Just conveniently closed my account right before I was due to receive my opening bonus. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. I highly recommend this place, and would continue doing now with them.

The next day the manager said 'we have every right to hold the check for 10 days' even though I could prove the check was good.
