We were out in this area to pick up our dogs and needed some cash. We found this Chase location at the Sheridan shopping mall. We were greeted by the security guard as we entered. He was very nice and welcoming. We got what we needed and left. Inside was quiet, clean and nicely arranged for customers. They like all Chase branches do not allow photos to be taken inside, which is understandable. Parking including wheelchair is right out front of their building. read more

0 Stars. The vice president of this branch had me removed by an armed security guard because I told him that he was doing nothing to help me. He then had my wife removed. A few days ago we received a letter from chase that our chase checking account would be terminated at the beginning of April. We called Chase and they said they could not tell us why. Should be a ZERO or less rating. One can see that they earned a 1.5 star overall rating. HORRIBLE!!! Yesterday the inside ATM was malfunctioning which made a line of 15 standing in front of the bank. Additionally the one and only very black haired teller ran back and forth between the counter and the drive up window, putting up a "go to next window" sign after he did one customer and then ran to the drive up window, then back. UTTER CHAOS. Teller called it "catastrophe" himself but understood that if he wanted his job he had to endure what they created over there. No one speaks English and the Bank Manager is a complete Disaster. She walked around in this utter chaos like every thing was just perfect, just chit chatting and acting like all was under control - absolutely UNREAL. I frankly don't why Chase doesn't step in and fire the lot of them, ESPECIALLY the lady manager! Absolutely the worst bank ever and why I withdrew ALL but a tiny checking/debit account and went to PNC. Now PNC WANTS your business and knows they have to earn it. Not Chase! Unfortunately, I agree with the only two other reviews, the teller situation here makes you never want to return. Considering the reputable business Chase Bank provides their customers not all Chase Bank teller services represents this reputation. The poor customer service here is a reflection of the branch. I was literally mishandled from the time I stepped up to the glass window until the time I left. She was rude, short, and inconsiderate in her dealings with me. And yes, there was only one teller at the time so I couldn't ask to switch tellers which I would have gladly done. It was around lunch time, and fortunately there wasn't a long line. She was definitely efficient and knowledgeable but her lack customer service was the impression I left with. On another occasion I dealt with one of the bankers. She was helpful, not rude, but not the friendliest staff member either. If I can help it, I'll be doing business at another location. read more

I made an appointment online for a meeting for a simple matter. Entered the branch ten minutes early, no greeting, no sign in. Waited till meeting time, nothing. Asked teller for person I was to meet. She s not there. I could have sat there all day. I asked why she scheduled a meeting. Was told "things happen in life, let me see who you can meet." New lady approached and I told her same story. I said I don't need a rude teller to help me, I need to meet with someone. She said "it'll be just a few minutes dear". I said Im not your dear, I m a customer, I will wait five minutes then leave. Been a customer for 20+years. She said "Ok, Mr. Customer ". I told them Im out, too many other banks. I have never reviewed on yelp before but I had to do for this Chase. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched truly! From the managers to the tellers to the security guard who does absolutely nothing it's terrible service all around. I had an issue with funds not being available when CHASE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE. Instead of explaining the situation they were completely dismissive. People need access to their money, all the agitation from the teller in the front with the long faux locs and the MANager with the grey blonde hair was not needed. Nobody forced you to come into work. Anyways, save your time and go to the Chase in presidential circle in hollywood, much better service! This location is trash. I have been here a handful of times since I moved to the area to pay my rent and needless to say I won't be returning. I would rather drive out of my way to a different location then deal with some of the tellers here. Today I had the joy of talking to a woman teller who was wearing choker necklaces and chewing her gum like a cow. I was being helped by a different teller and I was in a rush and there was a question about my ID. She chimed in stating I was wrong. I said it's never been an issue before. Thank goodness I came to this Chase location!! After 35 days waiting for my debit card in the mail due to SEVERAL issues where they lost it I decided no more!! I came to this chase location and Veronica saved the day!! She was absolutely pleasant, personable and helped me with a smile on her face. Veronica assisted me with my issue in under 5 minutes! Stay away. During busy lunch hours there's one window open. They seemingly don't care how long you have to wait. Unless you can use the little tellers inside you'll wait forever. Just poor customer service. Will be switching banks shortly. read more

Not only did they CLOSE the drive up teller, they used to have like 7 tellers in the lobby, now it's just two... and only ONE of them has a teller at it. Line is all the way to the door.
