I went in to make a cash deposit, and Maria was the teller assigned to help me. Instead of doing her job, she stood there repeatedly complaining that her machine couldn't count the money. She kept looking at me like I was supposed to count it for her--seriously? She was rude, lazy, and clearly had no idea what she was doing. If she had spent less time whining and more time actually working, the deposit would've been done in minutes. It's shocking that someone so unprofessional and incompetent got hired in the first place. How does someone who doesn't want to count money get a job at a bank? She should be fired--plain and simple. I love my bank, but if this is the quality of staff being put on the front lines, I'm strongly considering moving my accounts elsewhere. Get it together.

What's the point of having a line to call if no one picks up. First one I went to was at lunch. Second was RUDE and their notary wasn't working at all that day. Third was great and all staff was helpful and sensitive to clients' time. Good thing the third times the charm or I would've been a very unhappy client. A ten-to-twenty-minute-errand ended up taking an hour. Boo. But this review is for this location, so great job!
