What a terrible experience at PNC Bank. No one's even there a greet you two people working at the counter can't even make the right decisions took me 15 to 20 minutes just to get money out of the account and it took a Manager 10 minutes to come over here to verify it ‍she told me she's very busy at the moment and it's gonna take a second‍ to sit down and relax unbelievable it's crazy how when you go from one PNC Bank to another how one bank runs great and the other bank runs terrible need to close this one on university read more

I have only had great experiences here. The staff are always very helpful. They help me find ways to reduce my bank fees and offer suggestions. I never wait long. The atmosphere is pleasant and I like the free coffee. Even though this location is far from my home, this is where I drive to. I plan on banking here always. read more

I wrote a review for this bank a few months back and some how it got switched to another company. Hmmm So here's my original review again for PNC Bank on Nova Drive in Davie. If CustomerService changes I will consider changing my review. I received the worst customer service ever at this bank branch. The 'Manager' told me to come in over the phone & open a Savings Acct.& then he would reverse my overdraft fee. ( found out later by a PNC employee that was a Sales tactic) After opening Savings acct. I was told by "salesman"that Manager could not & would not reverse my fee. I said to the person I talked to over the phone ( who was identified as the Manager later) " that's not what you told me over the phone "to which he replied "you can't prove it because I wasn't on a recorded line". Wow! Really? That's real professional Then his 'salesman' stands up and verbally attacks me.. Saying.. "I'm offended you called my Manager a liar!" ( which I never did!) All this was witnessed by my daughter with Autism who was visibly upset. As I was trying to calm her down and leave. Save yourself the headache, heartache & stress and bank anywhere else but here. We willing be closing our acct as well as other family members unless something changes! read more

I don't know what I would do without these guys! They are seriously amazing! I've been dealing with this branch for the past 3 years, and even when I moved down to Miami, I still only came to this branch. They have gone SOO out of their way to help me numerous times, and they are so patient with explaining and answering the millions of questions I've had over the years.They make something stressful, like finances, actually enjoyable. I've noticed that it's also not just with me. They really do get to know everyone that comes in, and that just makes for a better experience overall. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Called before we came down to verify that my gf and I both had to be present to cash a check that had both of our names on the check. Once there was told they couldn't deposit the check into either one of our accounts must be a joint account?? This actually happened a year ago and had no problems depositing the check but now it's a problem? One of the guys just stood there smiling and had the audacity to say " yea our over the phone customer service isn't very good" to which we both replied "neither is your in store customer service "!! Nothing funny at all, and when we stated how frustrated we were and we were going to close our accounts they could have cared less.. so, will be doing that today!! You guys think you are too big and powerful to pay attention to your customers ?? Standing around wearing suits but absolutely worthless, enjoy your $8 an hour job! I became a customer when I refinanced my mortgage when this location first opened because they had the lowest rate and no closing costs. I go to this branch a couple times a month and everyone is always so friendly and very professional. They know me by name and never have to wait for assistance. They also have great rates on auto loans. I highly recommend this bank. read more
