I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Especially one teller who just takes ridiculously long at everything, from deposits to exchanging coins to cashing a check. Once she even told me she couldn't cash a check because both mine and my husband's name was on the check so she needed two signatures. I've never had that before. I just deposited at the ATM and took out the money anyway. So annoying. I don't know if they are understaffed or everyone is only allowed to do one thing, but it always takes too long to get things done at this branch. I am so tired of trying to go in there. If you say I should always go to the ATM, that would be fine, but the one outside breaks down pretty routinely. It runs out of money to give out, or is unable to accept deposits. Also, apparently there's only one person who covers a few different branches who can talk to you about investing your money. It took a few days for him to get back to me and then even longer to make an appointment, which is only for like 2 hours on every third Tuesday of the month on a full moon or something. I exaggerate, but you get the point. I was unable to make an appointment time because my work schedule did not coincide with this guy's schedule. And of course no one else can help. It's just not very well run. I'm really about to change banks or at least open a second bank account somewhere else just so I can cash a check or go to an ATM without problems. read more

Horrible bank! I have never dealt with such a crappy bank. I could go on forever with some of their issues, but I will highlight my last experience. I got a new computer and it took me three tries to access my Chase online account for security measures. Then I tried to input an external account to transfer some money to. That took 10 days and three attempts. They finally got it worked out and I verified the account, then I made a small transfer. They denied the transfer shortly thereafter and locked me out of my account. I called the security number given on the lock out notice and was told I needed a debit card number to talk to somebody. It's a business account and I don't use a debit card for it. I finally got through upon the forth attempt. On this occasion, I was asked 3 security questions, including one that involved companies I was involved with in the past. I had never heard of any of these companies yet they tell me I failed the verification. ‍. On the fifth try of calling them, I spoke to a helpful person that took 25 minutes to resolve the issue. He told me this happens all the time and their security system is very "tight" and doesn't let people transfer out of the bank on most occasions. This sounds highly suspicious and more like a play where they want to keep your money and not a security concern. If Chase has trouble verifying another bank at their size, why do all these smaller banks not have any issues doing it???. This afternoon I am driving over to the Chase branch and will probably spend another hour and a half trying to close my account, but I am out of this insanity. As a point of reference, I have worked for Wells Fargo, Bank Of America, and two local banks. I have never seen Issues such as what Chase has. They take forever to do anything for you, their Customer Service people don't really care, and their system, highly technical, has major issues. Stay away from these people! read more

Avoid JP Morgan Chase like the plague. Their systems are terrible as is their tech support. They are terrible managers of your money. If I could give them negative stars I would. read more

The only flaw about this specific location is that the outside drive-thru ATM regularly goes out of service for depositing money (both checks and physical money), and withdrawals sometimes only give $20 bills. During this, you have two options. Park, go inside and use the ATM or go to one of the tellers to deposit your money. Or drive East to road US-1, maybe a good 4 or 5 miles away to use a different Chase location. read more

Love my Chase financial Institution, my favorite bank and love my Branch located at East Indiantown Road -Jupiter, great girls and manager there, but today I had to go to the one west and the service by Ozzy was disappointing. She just made a big deal that 16 yrs of depositing no other branch asked and then took 10 minutes to just hand my receipt back. 15 minutes to deposit 3 simple checks. Seemed like she held on purpose since I showed be annoyed with her. Never left a negative review for Chase before but this was an unpleasant visit. Still my favorite just not going back to this branch in the future. read more

This branch has time and time again been more than helpful. I have had many issues with fraud on my account and trying to get a credit card during this time has been difficult but all of my problems have been solved time and time again by the amazing people at this branch. Everyone my family and I have encountered has treated us like family and I happily drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to this branch. read more

Today I might not be able to close on a house, after my family and I have been on a search since November due to the closing team today at Chase 5/30/2020 (Saturday). I arrived 3 minutes Before the Branch closing time to make a simple deposit to my realtor's Broker's account, upon entrance I acknowledge the banker telling them that I know their are closing soon but this will not take long, I also inform him about the urgency of making that deposit. well come to find out I needed my ID to fully complete the transaction because something was missing and needed to be fixed, I asked politely if I could run to the car and come back, both Banker and Manager denied re-entry, my realtor and I pleaded that it was very important to get this done but guess what the answer was, our policy stated that if we lock our doors we can't open it for anybody, Even though I was already inside, I know how important time is I was not being ignorant of their time which I apologized for being there so close to their closing time, they showed no sympathy I wanted to cry, but I left the Bank with a smile on my face and told them to have a nice weekend, even though they have possibly cause me to lose on the house for something that would not even take 5 minutes to complete and ruin a great thing for me and my family I did not want to ruin their rest of their afternoon after a long week. At that moment as a Chase customer I felt like you guys do not really care about customers and their needs. come to find out I lose out on the house I will no longer be a chase promoter nor will my family and my realtor. Maybe it's because they did not think I looked valued enough to waste their time, not sure what is was. I do believe that these team members could use a little more training on caring for customers needs and using their guts to make better decisions in the future. read more

21st century banking. State-of-the-art convenience and technology. I'm surprised they still have tellers. But they are no longer behind big thick pieces of glass on plexiglass. They have these new cool machines that counts your money you can take up to seven thousand dollars out per day. The service is so friendly and warm greeting you when you walk in the door. The place is pretty hip with all the blue neon you think you're like in a vape room. read more

Love this branch and the people in it. Always quick and efficient - nothing like the bank next door where you have to pack a lunch anytime you need to speak with someone other than a teller. read more
