We were told we qualified for a modification back in June 2011 and as of today, 1/19/12, they haven't done anything to speak of. They took $3500.00 from us, up front, and it doesn't seem like they have done anything for us. We have had constant problems getting someone to call us back and answer our questions or give us a status. They to check their website for updates, but the site only gets updated when we call them and actually get someone to call us back. Our home is scheduled to be auctioned off on 1/27/12, and they refuse to answer any phone calls for emails AND we had to tell them about the auction date, they had no idea and just kept telling us that our case was still in review. They even said that when we called them to tell them about the sale date. The people I am having problems with are: Robert Parr, Chris Thompson and his assistant Valencia. If anyone else is having issues with this law group, please post it everywhere!!! They said not to make any mortgage payments while I was getting a modification and not to worry! I have so many…read moredocuments proving their incompetence, they literally told me my house was not in fear of foreclosure, the attorney wrote me a letter telling me I could rent out my house during a modification, only to have my tenants call me saying a sheriff was at the door with foreclosure paperwork completely blindsiding me. This office never responded to my emails asking them what the he!! happened to my home?? My house was sold at auction while they left me under the impression that I was granted a permanent modification... this office is abs horrible! Do not trust them. They will take your money gladly. If you have a complicated case, trust that they can not handle it.
