On September 7th I made a cash deposit of almost $3000. I received a phone call yesterday September 21st from their manager Ashish Sighn who told me that on that date my deposit was actually credited $1200 and I only deposited $1600 and chase bank will be taking that $ back from me. That it was verified through cameras that my deposit was wrong. I woke up with $1200 missing from my account so I went into the bank to fix this issue and mistake that they, a bank, who I have been with for years can watch cameras and verify that the money I deposited was correct. Upon arrival of me today to the branch I seen the teller "Alex" who helped me and he admitted he came up short $1200 that day. And that I would need to talk to said manager Ash as he told me he would call him. Ash in the beginning was courteous and talking but then talked over me and raised his voice telling me I'm wrong and that there is no question that they credited my account$1200. I proceeded to tell him your wrong. I cashed my check through union bank which is right next door at 12:25pm and walked over to chase to deposit my $ with chase at 12:31pm. He told me that no it was wrong. So I walked next door and got a printed copy of my check cashing transaction and also two e tickets that showed the amount. I presented them to manager Ash and he said he will proceed to submit my paperwork and it will be reviewed. I was on the phone with there fraud department and corporate to figured this out because this is completely unacceptable and wrong! While on the phone manager Ash was calling me multiple times. Once I got off the phone with corporate I called him back and he tried to sincerely apologize for their mistake and that he would be handling any issue that has taken place. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BANK WITH! Make sure you go higher and get things figured out. For a bank who can access camera footage and check to see if it was correct did not do that! This is completely unacceptable and not ok! I HOPE WHOEVER BANKS WITH THIS BRANCH WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AND MONITOR THEIR MONEY. For $1200 to come up missing and them to try to pin in on my transaction is not ok! Thank you to US Bank who is right next door for helping me get the proper paperwork I needed to prove this manager and this teller wrong. If you read my other Chase Bank review of their Lakewood, California branch, you'd understand why I ended up here. In a nutshell, the other store was completely automated (with one automated teller). That machine couldn't handle the specific transaction I required, so I ended up a couple of miles away at this branch. The line here on a Saturday was out the door. It was slow going, but the teller I had was pleasant. Unfortunately, they only had two tellers for a line that was 16 persons long. Indeed, this was inadequate. There was very little if any pandemic adherence accepted when the people in line themselves realized they were too close to one another. But, true to form, there are always people who don't care, so basically, there's no adherence to the 6-foot spacing between people. The 15-16 minute wait to get some [out of town] cash was way too long, and the third bank employee just milling about, I guess, didn't want to help out the two tellers that were working. This branch was understaffed and lacking in adherence to pandemic regulations. Since I eventually got my money without incident, three stars are the best I can do here. I wish I could have taken some pictures, but I was reprimanded a few weeks ago at my home bank in Las Vegas so that I won't attempt inside picture-taking anymore. RECOMMENDED: Okay SERVICE: Okay PRICE: $$ COVID: Does not practice pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient but crowded. REASON/INTENT: Get some cash. read more

Everytime I come to this branch, it isn't crazy busy which is something I appreciate. I called in to the branch prior to heading out to this location because the branch on Flower and Bellflower were out of counter checks. Oh how can life be so cruel? Nevertheless, this branch did have counter checks. So I rushed out from work... possibly a few minutes early to make it in time before the bank closed. I made it lol This bank resides in a shared parking lot with a few different stores, food places, and another bank. So there is usually plenty of parking, but do not expect to get the VIP parking right in front. This location has a few ATMs available outside of the branch, along with a few inside. When I arrived, there were two tellers who were busy with guests. Which meant I was next in line. When I got to the teller, Chhary was the person to help me out. I informed her I wanted some counter checks, however; she informed me that my account does not allow counter checks. NOOOOO!!!! That is why I came all the way over here. Apparently Finn (online banking that is a Chase company) allows cashier checks, but not counter checks. Huy... the struggle. Oh well. She was still able to help me with my deposit and able to answer all my absurde questions about how Finn By Chase. Seems like I might have to open an actual Chase account. But Finn by Chase is so focused towards the new generation, that I definitely love being able to attach emojis to my purchases, and have automatic payments into my savings based on my spending habits, or savings goals. Which makes me question, do I really need these many bank accounts? Ehh... I'll decide later. This bank used to be very nice and convenient. It is in a center with Sprouts and Smart and Final that I go to every week. But, since they took out the tellers it is a frustrating experience to try to use the ATMs without them not taking the money I try to deposit. I had to use 3 of them before I found one that would take my deposit. BRING BACK THE TELLERS!!! Because of the lack of tellers and the poorly operating ATMs, I now need to go to another Chase. Never happy with my experience there and I won't be going back unless they bring back the tellers. read more

This is a cool little bank located on the Woodruff side of this small plaza. You might miss it if you enter near the Starbucks side. It's all the way, hidden towards the right side. The locations is very clean and the employees there are nice. They have a modern ATM inside and some older, retro-fitted ones on the outside. This is my local Chase bank and they're very fast and pleasant to bank with. The parking area is a bit small and can get a bit tight at times if you have a big car. Other then, that..a solid location of this Chase bank. it's a lot easier to deal with compared to the one on Pioneer. I come to this location even after hours and it feels safe and it well lit. It's just a bit small and off to the side. I wish they had a more central location in the plaza. read more

Very bad customer service! I try to send 1 hundred dollars to a family member for Christmas and the teller tells me they don't accept cash.. Then she has the nerve to tell Me they don't do money laundering!!! 1 hundred dollars give me a break!! I ask to speak to the bank manager which her name is tanika!!! I came in to this branch to purchase a cashiers check after the Chase in Wilmington completely dropped the ball with my account. I was ready to cancel when the branch manager, Rick, asked me to stay for a few minutes so he could try to resolve my situation. He not only resolved the issue I had with another bank location but after dealing with such an amazing bank manager I opened up a savings account. Very grateful to branch teller Candy who went out of her way to teach me how to use the ATM with my phone (since I rarely carry my debit card), even pulling out her own phone to show me how to configure the Chase and Google Pay apps. One of my favorite branch locations. Never had an issue with service at all till today. I had a simple question and just wanted to talk to one of the 3 available bankers. I waited patiently for about 15 mins before leaving. Two of the three made eye contact and not one decided to greet or ask if I had a question. Yet they chatted and laughed while showing each other what ever it was on their phones. I understand if you didn't see me but if I smiled at you and you still don't have the courtesy to see if I had a question... somethings wrong. I like this branch but unfortunately the turnover ratio with managers and bankers kind of take away the personal aspect of a neighborhood branch. Time at the location.. 5:40pm Tuesday afternoon 11/13. I'm sure I'll update this rating as i make more visits after today. Fyi Tellers are always great and helpful read more

Walked in to deposit money and also wanted to get info about opening a business checking account. I walked I. At 5:12 PM and placed my name on the list with no one in line ahead of me. There was a banker on the phone, another helping another couple, and one on the floor speaking to another customer. I was never greeted. After 10 minutes (5:22 PM) the banker on the far right finished with the couple she was with and came out and greeted me and the other gentleman that walked in after I did. She asked me if I was there to learn more or if I wanted to open an account. I let her know that I was unsure if I would be able to open one today or if this would just be an info session. She said she had a specialist (that say in her cubicle not looking out to see if anyone needed help on the floor) that would help me after she got off the call she just started in about 5 mins. She proceeded to help the gentleman. While I waited I deposited the money into the ATM. After completing that I sat back down. For another 7 minutes(5:30 PM)By this point the first banker was done helping the gentleman and saw I was still sitting there. She proceeded to strike up a conversation with the other banker in the first cubicle. After not being helped and things to do for the business that I was there to set up the account for I left. No one greeted me so I guess I was wrong to assume that someone would say "good bye have a nice day. " I'm guessing because it was end of business day no one wanted to answer my questions or go through the trouble of opening a business account with me. I've never had a bad experience with chase since I've opened my account when I was about 16. Here we are 10 years later and customer service has plummeted. This was the first time in 10 years that's I questioned whether or not I wanted to have an account with Chase.m as I didn't feel as if my business was appreciated. read more

The first time I went to this branch I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who made sure that all of my banking needs were met throughout my visit. All of the staff members that I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure that my experience was above any expectations I may have had. The tellers were quick and efficient and the banker that I dealt with was kind, patient and very understanding as he worked with me for nearly a half and hour to find some statements and checks that I had lost.
