    This is the worst fucking credit union in the USA they lie to veterans to get them to sign up to their shity ass service. Do not open an account with them trust me. They are never open, they don't have a customer service number, and if you loose your card or someone does fraud they don't even have a fraud department. I had a loan with them and they upped my payment from 100 to 215 and they still over drew my account for 100 dollars so I paid 315 dollars. When I tried to get the money back they said it never happened which is a lie they took the 100 on the 24th of September and on the first of October they took another 215 and said "we called you to make the change ." And I told them "no you can't just change it without my knowledge" and they said "that's what we do!" Fuck them I took my money out and went with my original bank Wells Fargo even with all their problems they are still better then these fucks and they have a military side so you don't talk to a regular person you talk to the military side of the bank. FUCK PACIFIC CREDIT UNION BUNCH OF RATS AND THIEFS DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PLEASE DONT THEY WILL FUCK WITH YOU TRUST ME I LOST SO MUCH WITH THEM!!!!

    And counting!!!! Ridiculous!!!

    Better rates compared to Chase. Overdraft fee which was my fault was $30 compared to $35 at JP Morgan Chase. No minimum balance required.

    Been a member for 25 years. Never had a problem. The staff is quite knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I have.

I came in hoping for help with a specific issue. Initially, Sonia was attentive and seemed willing to assist. However, once I explained my situation, her only solution was to hand me a phone number to call. After spending time on that call and receiving absolutely no help, I returned to the branch expecting additional guidance or at least an attempt to explore other options. Instead, rather than investigating further or offering alternative solutions, Sonia immediately shifted the conversation toward selling me a line of credit. At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like a sales pitch. When she involved the manager, I hoped the situation would improve. Unfortunately, it did not. The manager appeared uninterested in resolving the issue and simply suggested that Sonia continue assisting me, despite the fact that no actual assistance was being provided. Roxanne was particularly disappointing. She came across as dismissive, indifferent, and unwilling to help. Customer service requires listening, problem-solving, and showing at least a basic level of empathy. Throughout my interaction, I experienced none of those qualities. I understand that not every problem has an immediate solution, but customers deserve effort, professionalism, and genuine assistance, not sales pitches and dismissal. This being my first experiences, it's difficult to have confidence in the level of service provided at this branch.

I've passed by this branch many times but would rarely go inside to see the teller, instead opting to use the scan to get into the door for the ATM. Having had good experiences at my SchoolFirst Branch in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, I knew this branch was not the exception. MARTIN, the teller 3290, warmly greeted me as I walked in, having no other patrons in front of me. Martin has the unique ability of asking how your day was, as he quietly carries out the transaction. His charismatic nature in holding a conversation and actually being genuinely excited in my life made me smile. I can tell when people are genuine and Martin was one of the best and should appropriately be commended. He made me feel better walking out of the branch than walking in! I don't know who trains these tellers but they are top-notched. After experiencing the horrendous experience of another bank that include stagecoaches on behalf of my dad, this is the exact opposite! As an educator, I feel like my time here is well spent.
