I typically visit the Cedar Park location. Easy to get to with enough parking. Did you know they have a loose change machine? Yeah! No fee for members. So when you want to cash in that big jar of coins, RBFCU has your back. The offer notary services and the other things you usually find at a bank. I've tried a lot of banks and credit unions and so far they are the best.

    On 4/17/2026, $2980.00 was stolen from my RBFCU account. Even though RBFCU says they provide NCUA…read moreinsurance, they have denied reimbursement. They have said the facts show I clicked "ALLOW" to approve the transaction on a text they sent me. This is NOT TRUE. I never even saw the texts as I was in deep conversation with "their fraud dept representative". They want me to believe someone could have called me from their number but they won't believe that the same someone could have hacked and taken over my phone! My facts are that I received a text from RBFCU followed by a call from their phone # 210-945-3300 (the same # they alway and continuously call me from). Their rep proceeded to guide me to make transactions geared toward stopping and preventing the continued fraud being attempted on my account. When I immediately tried to call RBFCU fraud dept to verify I was talking to them, my hold time was 58 min/58 sec. They finally called me back 1 1/2 hours later from the same # 210-945-3300 they have always and continue to call me from. These facts lead me to believe it was RBFCU who stole my money! This bank in which I've been a member for 14 years has accused me of being complicit in a crime. I have all my money with these people. I have had car loans, home equity loans, cds, money market accounts, checking and saving accounts. I have excellent credit including a well above average credit score. But they are insinuations that I am a thief. They used to be an excellent company but no more. Please stay far away if you want your money to be safe!

The…read moreother day I went in to get a check endorsed by the bank who was a second on my mortgage. I had received a check from my insurance company for hail damage. The work had been completed and the contractor needed to be paid. My wife and I asked to speak to a manager and we were directed to an assistant manager. This person had no clue what she was doing and admitted that it was her first day at the branch. The worst part of this is that the actual manager, who was sitting in the break room refused to come out and meet with us. The assistant manager had to confer with her because she didn't have a clue how to deal with our concerns. The real manager sklinked into her office and ignored our concerns. Pathetic. Uncaring, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I have had blatant fraud on my account a few times now but just recently some fraudulent charges over a week ago. I notified ATFCU immediately and as of today I still do not have my stolen money back into my account. When I went into the bank I was assured by the branch manager my money would be back into my account in a few days. Today I called and was told it will be up to 30 days for their "review". I had 6 fraudulent charges on my debit card totaling $501 through cashapp. I don't have a cashapp and never have. I shouldn't have to "prove" something is fraudulent when it is. With ATFCU the mindset is ALWAYS it's a legit charge until you (The member) can PROVE otherwise. Just like you are guilty until proven innocent. As if I am trying to get something over on the bank. It's seriously unbelievable. I have ZERO sense of security within ATFCU. Fraud has gotten out of control and it's now completely on me to stop it and I can't do that on my own and I know ATFCU will not help. My mother for example has been with Wells Fargo for years and NEVER has to go through what I've dealt with to get her stolen money back. It's always returned within 48 hours. That is how a loyal member should be treated. I am beyond disappointed with ATFCU and will let any and everyone know my experience with ATFCU. I hope I can stop others for having to go through what I have. No one should have to deal with this type of service. No one!
