The teller James makes derogatory remarks about your business - then stutters pronouncing your name and mangling it, it seems almost intentionally. That is totally not okay and unnecessary. I have errands - do YOUR job competently. There is only 1 single, solitary teller for 4 open counter spots. Meanwhile there are 3 girls cackling and clucking around at the drive-thru. They said I couldn't until he came in and agreed to be removed. They also couldn't fix my status to make any changes in their system I was still alien not a citizen. Funny that they didn't update that status (6 years ago) when I took $600,000 mortgage but needed that to make simple changes so my husband couldn't run up debt during the divorce. I was forced to close my longest account and loose credit history because Wells Fargo couldn't get their things together. This is the worst bank with the worst customer service!

Service while I was there was pretty straightforward, it was a slow weekday morning and I was attended to right away. The banker was a bit pushy as she kept asking me if I wanted to apply for a different kind of checking account and credit card than the one I originally intended to. My experience at the bank wasn't so bad - I had all my questions answered and the process of opening up the account was pretty straight forward. My problem was post leaving this branch. I reached out to the banker many times via email and left voicemails to never receive any kind of response and it has been about a month now. I had issues with my direct deposit and had questions about my account that I needed answered as I am moving across country at the end of this month. Unless you have the flexibility to physically stop into a chase location to resolve your problems, don't expect a professional level of customer service.

Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place.
