Almost everything was accurate on all the paperwork, although a family members name was spelled correctly on a page and on that same page a few lines down the same name spelled incorrectly. Attention to detail? I had sent an email to Jennifer Gutierrez our Escrow Officer asking if I could come in and sit down with her to review some documents and make sure they were filled out correctly. Saving us both time and money. She said it wasn't a problem and I showed up exactly when she told me to. Not sure what happened, but when I showed up, she said, what can I help you with? She acted as if I was wasting her time, and I felt like I had done something wrong. We were treated like an inconvenience when we came in for our final document signing, in fact they missed our appointment time by 45 minutes. They didn't say anything to us and no apologies. When my wife and I went in to sign documents, some paperwork got missed that they should have sent to me at least a month prior to when we were there. Then they told us if we didn't get it signed immediately it would delay our closing date. The person signing is in Los Angeles... Maybe it wouldn't have been an issue if they had provided it in a timely manner. Overall, not very customer friendly or efficient. If neither one of those things are important when it comes to something so important as Escrow, then I guess they are okay. (Yelp LA Challenge #59 of 100)

I recently purchased a new auto insurance policy through her. One month after enrolling I got a bill for the auto insurance that was almost double my "guaranteed the premium won't go up, this is really what you are going to pay" auto policy. Repeated attempts to contact my insurance agent (Cynthia) via email, voicemail, and a message through the receptionist went unanswered for over TWO weeks. So here I am, stuck with this bill almost double the quoted premium, which is accruing late fees, and can't get any answers for WHY it went up and no one will call me back. And if I call the auto insurance company directly it just routes me back to Cynthia's office. So finally after over two weeks, and calling again 4 times over the last 3 days I get a grumpy return phone call. And when asked why my repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered, her unapologetic response was "I've been busy." Wow. Nothing like feeling used... They got my money then apparently don't even owe me a return phone call to explain why the product that I ended up with is almost double the price of what I had originally agreed to and purchased.
