I received it and deposited using mobile banking on Monday, Dec. 17. It is Dec. 20 and the money is not in my account. I checked with my boss and the check cleared the company account on Monday. I called customer service. I talked to four different people. No one can help me. No one! They yammered on about how it is a computer thing and they can't change it, etc. All I know is this is my money, my Christmas money and I can't touch it.

I prefer US Bank because they have locations where I need them. I have always received quick friendly service inside every location I have visited, as well as in the drive-thrus, and I've never had any issues with their ATM's. I have an office downtown, so I visit this location often. I have deposited funds here, cashed in change, used the ATM, performed withdrawals, ordered/updated cards, and more. This Fall we were flooded with mail to every account named with legal garboldy gook on fee changes. The large booklet we received was very non-specific on how it was going to change our specific accounts. I meant to go into the local branch to have a sit down conference to understand the changes to each account. Life got busy and that meeting did not happen. This week my bank statements for December started arriving. I plan to keep several of my personal accounts but the Young Saver's account that I have for my grandson I'm going to close! I couldn't believe that a $1,000 account only gets five cents interest. Unfortunately, I've been accustomed to the low interest and kept the account due to loyalty when I have a joint saving account for him at a credit union that gets far more interest. The thing that pushed me over the edge and decide to bail on this account is the four dollar monthly fee that is beginning to get charged. Yes your math is right I'm $3.95 in the red this month and future months. I also have a joint savings account with my daughter that is beginning to get charged this $4. service fee. Yes, I'm going to close that one too and move the money to an existing joint account we have at the credit union. Republic Bank & Trust you really deserve a one star rating for your new fee structure. I'm only giving you two stars because I'm still loyal and for convenience sake keeping several accounts at this bank.

I tried paying my loan but didn't have my loan number. I gave my full social security number,…read moreaddress, name, phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of my account number, and I still couldn't get any help. They wanted me to answer more security questions. So, I tried speaking to someone and the same thing happened. I'm just trying to pay on my loan so I'm not late. A month later, I call because I now have the account number. I try online again, and even with the full account number, they want to ask me for extra security questions. I said no. I was given a different number than the one on the statement and I finally was able to speak to someone, but because I wasn't paying the full amount, I now have to wait 24 hours for the loan department to call me. This is how they get you on interest, I suppose. I will never use this bank again, ever!

The application process began online and I only had to answer a few questions by phone to be included on the loan with my husband. It was approved quickly - and like that, the car was mine! The LG&E credit union enrollment was available to me because my Dad is a retiree and and sat on the board for several years. Keeping an account open has been an easy process, even though we actually use our primary bank for most all other payments. If you have a connection to take advantage of using this credit union I encourage you to do so.

I was once able to call and a real person would answer the phone, then they merged with another credit union, got an automated call system and now when you call, you have to wait and wait on someone to answer the phone. When I mentioned it to them (more than a year ago, they said, please be patient as we work thur the new processes). We'll it's a year later and I've been waiting on line for 4 mins. Anway, now I've learned that they no longer do shared services. Since I have other business at a different credit union, the shared services feature was one reason I moved to Park. I still find the bank a positive experience, but just doesn't live up to the very high standards it once had.
