This bank is a joke. They have a Mobil app that does not reflect correct information. I was told by…read moreone of the employees to get the app. They said it was the easiest way to do business with them. Little did I know, the app gives false information. What false information may you ask, information that gives account balances as well as status of payment. When I called to complain, they said they know it's messed up but there is nothing they can do. I then asked if they would refund me charges they applied since I had false imprisonment and the answer was no, even though it was their fault. What a joke. A real bank like USAA wouldn't treat folks this way.

I called a corporate help number and they could not get through: not to the manager, financial person, teller - no one. She filed a complaint. Eventually the help Called another branch further from my home and they had the answer, so I drove extra miles to have it resolved. TODAY I stopped in 1 hour before closing time to have a form notarized. Long story short: I needed to make an appointment to complete this 5 minute process; they only have 1 notary public. Oh... the next appointment is in 13 Days! Seriously. I spoke with the manager and she had excuses (or reasons depending upon one's point of view). Then I asked if I could open a safety deposit box today since they only have 2 left- no. Only 1 person does that. Make an appointment. Next appointment in 13 days. No, she can't hold one for me. They don't do that. Seriously, find another bank. They pay little interest, charge large fees, provide poor customer service, and don't really care.
