This bank is a joke. They have a Mobil app that does not reflect correct information. What false information may you ask, information that gives account balances as well as status of payment. When I called to complain, they said they know it's messed up but there is nothing they can do. I then asked if they would refund me charges they applied since I had false imprisonment and the answer was no, even though it was their fault. What a joke. A real bank like USAA wouldn't treat folks this way.

TODAY I stopped in 1 hour before closing time to have a form notarized. Long story short: I needed to make an appointment to complete this 5 minute process; they only have 1 notary public. Oh... the next appointment is in 13 Days! Seriously. I spoke with the manager and she had excuses (or reasons depending upon one's point of view). Then I asked if I could open a safety deposit box today since they only have 2 left- no. Only 1 person does that. Make an appointment. Next appointment in 13 days. No, she can't hold one for me.
