I have had Jorian help me a couple of times and she has always taken care of the issues, promptly. I am the POA for my sister who is the owner of these accounts and live out of state. They easily understood the transactional needs and have made it easy for me to navigate the process across state lines. This is such a contrast from another bank my sister has money at. On one occasion, the representative offered assistance in reinvesting some money in a different type of account as well as in some short-term certificates. This helped us get a better return on my sister's money. We are grateful for the assistance, especially during family crises.

I made my withdrawal outside at the front ATM and I walked by the drive thru, no cars were there it was just me, I remember I was able to make a quick exchange to smaller bills during pandemic and the person who was there was able to do it for me, take note there were No cars, I was just about To approach him and ask him if I could do the same but while I was just speaking and in the middle of a few Words he rudely interrupted me , he did not even say "I'm sorry but" he just went on and said it in a rude way and cut me off a few times, when I was trying to ask a question twice he rudely interrupted me again and wasn't even allowing me to finish my sentences, so I asked him what his name was since he wasn't wearing a name tag and his name wasn't on the front desk too, he seemed irritated and preoccupied but I was the only customer, I then told Anthony twice" that next time if you need to say something to a customer , say it in a polite way, " and do you know what his answer was? He just said "yeah okay" then I told him treat me like a customer then he said "okay" he never said sorry for his behavior and the manner he talked to me. I am so disappointed, is this how you train your employees for customer service? Is this how they talk to customers, he was talking to me like he had no respect for any customer, the way he answered, his demeanor, everything was completely off. Wife originally got the home loan on her own through Sterling before the merger, but then I added onto it. We went through all their silly forms and hoops and despite that they kept refusing to let me manage the loan or get info when I called in claiming I was not authorized. Even after we got it fixed after a couple years it "reset" and then they refused to fix it. Miserable experience and no 24/7 bankers on the phone for support. Local: people at this branch acted helpless to do anything and clueless on how banking worked. Wouldn't help us with the above issue or even paying our mortgage. We'd walk in the store and they'd stick is in a corner with a phone to their corporate and tell us to solve it ourselves. Worse, when my wife was parked in their parking spot some idiot came out and yelled at her and told her it was for customers only. Their service representatives are always friendly and helpful. They called last summer because a check I wrote for over $2K (escrow shortage) wasn't going to clear - a hold was put on my card because I put gas in the car. Fortunately, I had the difference ($100) in a savings account that I was able to transfer over. I don't think any bank I ever worked with would have called - they just would have bounced the check and charged me as many fees as possible.
