The only regret that I have is that the nearest office is on Mentor Ave, Mentor Ohio 44060. I live on Nelson St. in Painesville, Ohio and have to take public transportation wherever I go. My P/t seasonal job is near downtown Painesville, and I am disabled with CHF and a bad left hip replacement. Sometimes I end up having to withdraw after work at a non-network ATM because I am exhausted and only want to get home, so I have to pay fees to US Bank and the institution that I withdraw money from. I wish that there were a US Bank in Downtown Painesville. That is,my only inconvenience. The services and quality are great! Thank You!

I came to the conclusion that their online offering was best suited for my needs so I called to speak to one of their "Loan Officers". After going through their schtick for 45 minutes i was finally given the numbers I could compare to their online tools and it was more than double! They then tried to explain I did the online tools incorrectly so I asked them to walk it through with me. Right off they disclosed cashed out percent was more than the advertised one, even thought their tool asks if this is a cash out loan. Then they said the calculator was was not accounting for the cash out and that taking 20% more in cash resorts to an 105% increase in the monthly payment. I guess the on premise loan officer developed a new form of math. Third Federal Do better or close your doors!

Phone service is not an option without being a current customer. This geared at the entire Bank of American not so much this location because the phone number listed is no longer in service
