This particular Fidelity branch has amazing employees. I have been to this location a couple of times and dealt with three or four different people all have been amazing. I had a unique problem and they were extremely helpful in assisting me on how to figure it all out. They all seem very smart and capable. On a sidenote, they have a great little machine that can make coffee, tea, hot, cocoa, etc. I particularly liked the peppermint tea, which did not have any garbage in it just straight Mintleaf. Fidelity Investments needs to do better with their service members. The Army prepared a power of attorney for my son before his deployment. For some reason, every other banking/financial institution has honored this paperwork. Not Fidelity. And, we didn't know this until AFTER our son was gone and unreachable. It's unacceptable. To make matters worse, their "customer service" is a joke. You can't reach a real person or a person with authority. Again, my son is on deployment. He can't "figure" this out or re-execute a POA to Fidelity's liking. If you are military-friendly, as you claim to be, Fidelity, make this right. You can and should work with the Army or any other branch to make this stressful time of service as seamless as possible. Shame on you, Fidelity. BEWARE!! Fidelity Investments sent the inheritance claim paperwork to some random person in a different state although they had our correct information when my mother--law died way back in 2008. We never knew there were 2 accounts. Fidelity never contacted us at anytime. When we spoke to the Executor of my mother-in-laws last month, we learned that Fidelity Investments had paid the other siblings back in 2008. Ever since then, we've been trying without success to resolve this problem with Fidelity. First they said they couldn't find any accounts. Then they sent the inheritance paperwork to some unknown person in another state. Then they said the account was empty. Then they said they wouldn't tell us if this stranger was paid. Then they said they would no longer discuss the matter. We've had to hire an attorney. read more

Had an issue wherein I had to verify my identity as I had a very active transaction month. I thought this would be a huge hassle and walked into the situation irritated. I walked into the local office for the very first time. I was taken care of promptly and professionally. I left quickly and happy :) read more
