For 6 months I tried to jump through every hoop corporate legal wanted me to. He got sick and declined very quickly and the hospice team finally got me the letter I needed to jump through the last hoop. Then the legal team gave me 2 more forms to fill out and have him sign but by then it was too late. We could have filed that paperwork 6 months ago but for whatever reason there was no mention until then and we would have been covered. Now we have to probate the will at great cost just to do what the trust would have provided. I will never have an account with Wells Fargo or any other big bank for this reason. Very angry,frustrated and upset. The ladies at the local branch were fantastic but corporate legal sucks. Understand safety for accounts but when I have a book filled with everything signed and notarized that the extra paperwork would cover is redundant and ridiculous.

From the moment of our greeting to the conclusion of our session, she was pleasant, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. For this to have been my very first encounter with DCCU, I had no challenges. Tonya took the time to guide me in the process of my auto refinancing (by the way, the rate was phenomenal). Although, there were the aforementioned things that made such a positive impact on my visit, the fact that Tonya answered my questions and addressed my concerns via emails and phone calls when I couldn't make a physical visit. It is located on Bullsboro Drive in the Kroger shopping center that sits at the corner of Greison Trail and Bullsboro. As mentioned, this location has been in operation for a long time and has the layout and building itself to prove it! It is a large 2 story bank with a fully open lobby where Banker's desks share the space with a waiting area, coffee station, deposit slip station and the teller counter. So, in short...it is time for a major face lift! Service here has always been decent. The staff are always friendly and helpful, but not always the most efficient as on average, I would say the usual wait time for this branch is slightly longer than I experience at others. Overall, I have been a loyal Regions customer for 15+ years and don't see that changing anytime soon. So, when in Newnan and the need arises, I will happily swing through this branch!

This Ameris Bank is located in Ashley Park just behind Burger King and is your standard bank branch. The building is clean, well-maintained and features several walk up spots, an ATM and of course a drive thru. Service is normally friendly, with several long time tellers greeting our family upon each visit. We have a checking and savings account here. Never had issues with either. While I wish the savings paid more, seems like they are in line with other big box bank savings accounts. Overall, the Ameris brand is not large enough for my personal banking, but it does the job and has for many years for my parents.

Publix uses Wells Fargo for payroll but Wells Fargo at Newnan Crossing would not cash his check since he was not a customer without taking $10 from him which was 1/3 of his check. Of course he walked out without cashing his check. When I called Wells Fargo to inquire about this the lady laughed and said "I just work here". I told my son to not to go back there.
