I came in yesterday to do a simple bank transaction. I received excellent customer service by the teller. She was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have any issues, whatsoever. On a recent visit to my bank I came across a man whose wisdom far surpassed his age. The young man couldn't have been a day over 36 and a half. I came initially to replace a debit card I lost after a weekend bender in Vegas with snow bunnies and some booger sugar. Needless to say my mind wasn't on my money and the money wasn't on my mind. In talking to Serrano he informed me that my card would be arriving in about a week but he wanted to take the time to let me know what his role was and how he helps customers. He then asked what kept me up at night. I began to share with him that after having unprotected intercouse i was deeply concerned about what I might have brought back from Vegas. The saying "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" doesn't apply to gonorrhea. As i went on and on Aaron sat there patiently nodding and showing genuine concern. After I was done speaking he shared that although he understood my concern he was referring to what kept me up at night financially. I really wish he would have specified this earlier. Hence the 4 stars. I then shared how saving for my retirement was a priority and I wasn't sure my lavish lifestyle was setting me up for future success. He then setup a follow up appointment for me to come talk to him and his advisor associate to review my brokerage accounts. I look forward to meeting with Aaron to talk about my future while finishing treatment for whatever this drip is.
