To:Chase Branch and Chase Corporate Today on June 8,2026 my cat got locked and i tried calling customer service to help me unlock it after doing a long process with the first agent she asked me for my number to call me back for security purposes and NEVER got a call call back! The second agent John was annoyed from the beginning and would cut me and try to boss around during the call and just hanged up and yes I did tell him I was trying to report the previous agent, the third agent I immediately escalated and she was mad about it and when I went to the branch she had me on hold and hanged up WHILE I WAS AT THE BRANCH.!!! This is coming tor a customer who has been a customer for 15 plus years but not I'm going to start looking into going to another bank! I don't recommend chase to anyone! I came in to inquire about establishing a business account with Chase and the folks inside were great. I was able to get a packet of info. However, the security guard has been on his phone thee entire time I've been here (still here) and he's been texting/taking phone calls both inside and outside! Other customers have been holding the door open for eachother rather than the guard being there to do so. I have been to 5 other banking establishments today where this was and has been the standard. He is with Allied Universal. Picture attached. Just hoping for better service for the sake of the bank. He is the first one we all are seeing before going in. First impressions matter!!! I feel very disappointed with making schedule for a meeting to open Chase business checking and have my documents notarized. I tried 3 times scheduling using Chase apps but it lead me to the browser and ask me to sign in again and when I select to schedule it lead me to another browser again and ask me to sign in again. I went to store and I need to wait because I don't have schedule. They are busy it's Monday. Someone came in they serve her. Not sure if she had schedule but I felt waiting for forever. Went in to add my wife to my account. We are both chase accounts holders too but have one together for bills. I understand the whole having an appointment thing, but it's tough when our working hours are the same. I was told that no one had time to help us today and to go online to schedule appointment. This whole time, the manager is laughing it up at his desk with another employee talking about birthdays and days off. I asked if the manager could possibly help us out. Manager came over and without introductions or any warning, stars loudly talking down on us about how he doesn't do that because it's not his job and doesn't have time for it. He was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name since no one wears name tags, as well as DMs contact information, he asked "is that because you can't be helped immediately". Good guess but no, it's because of the tone he spoke to me with and just unprofessionalism. After I was given the option to be added to the que. My husband went in today to get some things notarized (per online Chase and another Chase bank in town, they DO notarize here) since we're buying a motorcycle from Florida.. the worker who helped my husband said the paperwork wasn't in the right form to be signed the right way... which isn't a true statement at all. This bank always takes forever, a few points that make coming to a bank annoying: 1 - only 1 to 2 tellers working. 2 - everything to meet a banker is meeting only. 3 - getting assistance is difficult through calling chase bank. 4 - no assistance or advice on an easier way to communicate/do tasks through chase app or physical bank. Also with a bank I should be able to take as much money as I'd like in any denomination I'd like. I understand coin shortage ect. But a bill shortage? I feel as if I should call the bank and ask if they have enough $1 bills for me which is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. All in all the branch is very clean, very nice but the processes in place is where it makes it 3 star bank. Not enough staff, money, information, products, or overall assistance. Things that can make it easier for business clients: 1 - direct phone line to an in house banker 2 - ability to order cash through app for pick up at branch 3 - ability to order chase blue cash/deposit bags 4 - available staff to assist without a long wait. read more

One of the worst experiences at a bank I have ever had! What happen to customer service??? I went in to reopen an account on Friday and was told that they wouldn't have time to open the account. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service offered at this location. I am currently in the process of moving and while boxing things up misplaced my credit card. Not knowing my future address I wanted to speak with someone in person to figure out what my options were -- please don't tell me I have to wade through all my boxes to find it! :O I'll admit when I walked in I felt unsure what to do, no one to greet me. I looked to my left and there were people sitting, I looked to my right and people were in line. I hopped in line and waited. Moving closer to the front I could tell this line was to deposit or withdraw money. Pretty much, useless to me. Nevertheless I get to the front of the line and ask my question. The teller was able to answer it as well as give me the credit card department's number so they could assist better. I left feeling satisfied. Great service! read more

Omg, I was a victim of identity theft and I can not get my bank, that I'm supposed to feel safe with, to give me my money back!

I was looking to change banks so i stopped by this location several hours ago since i'd heard great things about Chase bank, Upon first impressions i thought this branch was 'ghetto'. Filthy parking lot with trash all around, dirty sidewalk area, upon entering you find to your left a small seating area with old furniture and there was no apparent concern for customers privacy as i witnessed a teller assisting a customer making a payment by phone on speaker with their personal information being heard by everyone in the room, but despite that what disturbed me the most after-all was the customer service. After being placed on a waiting list and waiting 10-mins i'm greeted by a dark haired friendly asian lady, She was courteous and asked a lot of questions. However what upset me was that initially i planned on opening the account to conduct business but later-on changed my mind and i explained this to her, Well she didn't seem to take 'No' for an answer, I insisted i was only interested in a personal bank account to which she responded with something along the lines of "If we catch you conducting business transactions from a personal account we will terminate our relationship with you as a client". Excuse me but what the f**? First off i wasn't interested in a business account i made that clear from the moment i sat down, The only reason i even inquired about a business account is because i wanted to know what their requirements/offers were; I was consistent in stating that i only wanted a personal account - that was my whole purpose of visiting that branch today. Horrible. I came here today with the intent of opening an account. First, this branch doesn't even have pamphlets. Second, because they don't have pamphlets I was told I'd have to speak to someone, fine, except I was waiting 30 minutes to almost an hour - and still waiting.. until now. Bank agent saw the long line while on her way out to lunch and we told her about the long wait and she said that there were other chase banks around the area. Horrible service and badly staffed. I don't know where else to turn. The line right now is out the door and I hate leaving bad reviews for places but every TIME I come to this bank, no matter what time of day, the wait is at least half an hour. I was the 2nd person in line with an estimated wait time of 10-15 minutes. Seriously, this marks 30 minutes waiting to be helped. This is also my SECOND DAY back because yesterday took over an hour! I am fed up with this location. I have complained several times to a manager and other staff members and their answer is always "I don't know why it's taking so long." But here's the funny part, they redid their lobby to literally take tellers away and add 2 machines to replace people. Which is fine I guess, but can someone explain why the line right now is out the door? Seriously, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different Chase. read more

Opened an account there put 100$ in my account. They closed my account with out talking to me. Talked to fraud and claims department based out of Ohio named Fran. She would not give me any information forged a signature saying I signed for my account to be closed and said we would get a check in the mail in December for the what we had in our account. Was extremely rude and was no help at all. Do not ever bank with chase they are no good and do not care for there clients. read more

I signed up with Chase Bank almost 10 years ago and had been satisfied with their service up until recently. I was a victim of fraud through Western Union where someone hacked my online account and tried to steal $1300 dollars from me and sent to someone in a country that I had never been to, didn't know anyone there and had no idea who the person was that they were trying to send my hard earned money to. I set my account to alert me of a certain amount had been taken out and thank goodness I did! As soon as I got the text alert I called the bank immediately. I was told over the phone that I wasn't to worry and that my money was safe. 30 days later I received a notice telling me that since it was done online it appeared as if it was me and they are going to give Western Union the money that was STOLEN FROM ME!!!! even though the transfer said that it was coming from Sacramento and I live in Vegas! I called both companies and was told the same thing by both "Sorry, it's policy" you're not gonna get your money back. I know it may not seem like a lot to most people but I wake up everyday @ 4:00am and drag myself to work to make money to pay my bills and take care of myself and for my bank to tell me, sorry it's policy is unacceptable in my eyes. I'm cancelling my account right now and going to a different bank. read more

Came to cash my check to pay an overdraft and the clerk said No you have to deposit it and the funds won't be available till tomorrow go to Bank of America they can cash it for you. wth?? I came in a number of days ago and was very pleased with the way I was treated at this location. I honestly left reassured that Chase is the best out of the other banks. I've tried Bank of America and Wells Fargo, and they don't even compare. I understand that everybody will have a different experience with each, things that they like and dislike and all, but I just want to say that when I came in to this location, it was wonderful. I came in to get a replacement card recently and was greeted by a younger guy named Jordan near the entrance. I'm not used to seeing younger employee's in banking, but I have to note that he was very friendly and helpful to me. He even went out of his way to teach me about Apple Pay, which has saved me a lot of trouble now because of how convenient it is (if you're reading this, get Apple Pay!!). I think overall the customer service is great at this location. If you do have to visit any chase, this is the one. read more

I love Chase, but this branch is terrible. They are extremely slow. I waited for a notary for over an hour and was only greeted once, and that was after 37 minutes, and only to tell me I would have to wait longer because there is only one notary at this location. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes at any other branch... Ever ! If you are doing more than using an ATM, go to another branch. I should have left 15 minutes after waiting and went somewhere else, but I didn't realize how long I had been waiting till the lady came and greeted me... After 37 minutes. I have been here a few times and every time I come it takes over 30 mins to do something simple like see a teller. There main focus is to move everyone to the machines but honestly when dealing with money it is hard for everyone to use a machine. People like to talk to an actual person.
