The tellers at this branch are clueless! A woman in front of me went to a teller complaining she had been there 6 previous times trying to close a small account. As I was leaving she was in a line of people waiting for help from the manager. We were trying to deposit checks made out in the name of our account, and our teller said it couldn't be done. We went after that to our regular branch and they deposited them with absolutely no problem. These tellers need some more training!! read more

I don't know her name but the gal who sits in the corner who is a notary, not only was rude to a fellow staff member, but she said she was too busy to notarize a doc for us (something the bank needed from us so we could do business with them) The poor guy helping us had to ask us to go to AAA and come back. She then proceeded to gossip and make fun of the guy helping us. Everyone looked embarrassed. We took our business elsewhere. read more

I came here to open a new account. Due to Covid I wound up doing it online, but still needed assistance from the bank after the initial setup. The branch employees continued to work with me until the account was fully set up. They had to make calls and spend time on my account to ensure it was set up properly on the backend. *****BEWARE*****VINDICTIVE BRANCH MANAGER CLOSED MY ACCOUNT***** I have been a chase customer for YEARS!!!! I have had my CHASE BUSINESS account for 2 years... I have been cashing and depositing cash and checks for 2 years... I run my business through chase.... so yesterday I walked in with 5 checks to deposit, and one to cash. The new girl behind the counter didn't quite understand, and the branch manager didn't quite want to do her job. So she refused to cash my check! For absolutely no reason! She told me I only have access to $200 out of the $1,700 that I'm depositing. That will not do :-(. Instead, when I walked out of there,THE BRANCH MANAGER closed my bank account behind back. Effectively shutting down my company while I have to scramble to open up a new account (at a bank that treats me better than this) and link my entire business to it, bills, expenses, suppliers, Etc.. This woman is currently under investigation, I will never do business with Chase again and I will be closing my other three accounts. After telling my girlfriend about this, she will be taking her real estate company to Wells Fargo. You have lost a customer, a business owner, a growing company that solely Banked through Chase, and I am going to tell my story to everyone who will listen. read more

When visiting family or working on this side of town I love using this chase. It is one of the few that has a drive-thru ATM. The teller told me while I was inside that they are going to slowly be putting drive-thru ATMs at most locations, Score! I don't have to get out of my car or anything. They even have a drive-thru for teller assistance if you want to talk to a teller instead of using just the ATM and they are always so nice and quick! I went inside once last year and the staff was friendly and the bank was clean. I pretty much use the handy dandy drive-thru ATM. read more

In the process of purchasing a home. Went in today to do a wire transfer for the down payment. We were immediately seen by an available teller and then told by the teller that weekends are busy and they require an appointment with a banker to do a wire transfer. BUT you can do it online. No offer of scheduling an appointment for us. We went home to look at how to do it online and were not comfortable doing it online. The online website didn't have clear directions directly relating to transferring funds to a title company for home down payments, which is understandable. We then decide to just do it person. We call this branch and get a notice all tellers are busy and then it would hung up. We called, I'm not exaggerating, 9 times before someone finally came to the phone. After him telling us multiple times that we could do it online, and us telling him we wanted to do it in person, he finally checked their appointment book. He proceeded to tell us that this was a holiday weekend and they were going to be too busy/ we're already all booked up. We tried calling another branch who immediately answered the phone and immediately scheduled us an appointment for Monday, with no issues. I see people had a lot of great reviews but this was the most inconvenient experience. We completed a wire transfer through Clark County Credit Union who did the transfer right there for us. No appointment necessary, the teller did it right there. Literally took 5 minutes to do. Needless to say we will be closing our account after the wire transfer is complete. read more

She told me that they were fully booked today and that I would have to make an appointment later in the week. No thank you. It's awesome that their ATMs accept cash and check deposits- makes it so much easier to actually get things done without worrying about trying to make it to the bank during business hours. So I asked if someone could help me today the said they were all booked up witch is crazy. I look over and the two bank tellers we talking, no one was at their desk. Friday night at closing time is the worst time to visit any business, so when we arrived at this Chase at 5 o'clock and change to finalize the purchase of a vehicle I was fully expecting to deal with a little attitude and to not hold it against them. So, I was blown away to receive patient service with a smile for the entire time we were camped out there. If you bank with Chase, you receive complimentary notary services, and that was delivered without a hassle. And, when we needed copies, the reply was, "No problem." I love the staff here... very friendly and easy to talk with, and there's never a long wait. I'm always in and out within minutes. Never had any issues with them yet and will continue to return here whenever needed. This chase does not know that customer service is. I've called them multiple times right at open and no answer. I called about an hour and a half after open multiple times still no answer. Now I have to drive to the bank to get one question answered. Not only is that a waste of my time but also other customers that may have a more concerning issue. read more
