She proceeds to continue with the transaction and when given money through the box she had nothing holding it down, she comes back with the light receipt paper and sticks it in the box. Says here's your copy so before I can even grab it off in the wind it goes. Very carelessly she said oh did it fly away ‍ duh the wind is blowing what did you expect when you had nothing to keep it from flying out. Can you inform your employer to be a little more mindful with customers transaction through the in-person window when the winds are high no 1 wants or will try to hop out of their car to chase anything down the street. That could've been someone money or receipt that they needed. If working the windows 1hr 30 min before closing is too much maybe someone that's aware of things happening during some slight wind would safe a lot of helpful.

Today i notice missing money and call and they tell me they have been paying fraudulent bills out of my account with no checking account and no updated debit card and then has the audacity to tell me the merchant authorized this and i have no choice. Now tomorrow ill be closing my savings as well. This place is a huge scam and offers absolutely zero protection for your account regardless of how many time you tell them the activity was not authorized. HUGE RIP OFF AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO PROTECTION OF YOUR MONEY. Next step is B.B.B. and F.D.I.C. to report them.

I,am not on the account nor do I have an account with them but figured since it was made out on a BofA check, there would be no problem. I handed the teller the check and my ID. After several questions about my banking habits, the check was cash, however, there was an $8.00 service charge. REALLY? For a check made out on your own check. Some banks are really scraping the bottom of the barrel for more cash.

I needed assistance from one of the staff members who sit in the cubicles. Wait was just under half an hour. I really wish I could remember her name - but she took the time to help me sort through the snafu even after the branch had closed. Initially I was frustrated and didn't hold back but her patience and professionalism eventually had us (me) speaking like civilized humans and even joking. She not only resolved the issue, but made some changes that allows me to manage the finances even easier (I manage it all remotely from out of state). She's the example of why I love banks.
