I was used to going to the smaller, South Milwaukee location, but this spot is closer to where I work and live now that I'm a sort of grown up. Discover card for debit FYI with chip and the place as a mobile app for iPhone and Android so you can easily make transfers, check your balance, etc. (Pleasantly surprised with this, since again, it's a not like a big 'ole bank.) Staff has always been friendly and you can always grab some popcorn on your way out ;)

I have banked with several organizations and never have I been treated like this or locked out of my account(s) and asked numerous questions to confirm identiy. Not just an address!! An address alone looks fraudulent and when calling BMO customer service they couldn't find the name of the business.? That's not very reassuring!
