I waited for a week after I sent him 3 emails and called him twice and he did not return one email or phone call to me. I have my personal and business accounts with BBVA and I have been banking with them for over 15 yrs. I have always had issues with them but I never changed banks- too much of a hassle to switch all of my accounts over to new bank! Until NOW!
