Waited 15 minutes in line to make a deposit of only checks. Was grilled and asked for ID. Claimed it was for money laundering fears. Really? All checks made out to the business? This is the only FI that tracks the person making the deposit into a business account. How about a little trust, consideration and customer service for long time account holders?! read more

I agree with Tamara from Payson. Our Payson branch is small, but the people are friendly and efficient. Most know who you are and can and do ask how you've been and what's knew. Might be the small town thing. I have visited branches when in the Valley and any conversations are more scripted than sincere. I've been a member since 1975 and will continue to be. read more

Desert Financial is great! They have great customer service, the tellers remember who we are and ask how our kids are doing. Our branch in Payson is small, but they are quick and efficient. We just went in recently and were able to refinance our vehicle and get an additional loan while working with our teller. We didn't have to go online and apply, which I love. So many better choices--apparently the words "customer service" do not appear anywhere in the employees' vocabulary. Face to face interactions at the branch are nothing more than irritating; calling the headquarters (the only way to speak to a representative other than in person) is infuriating. Their willingness to help with simple situations and requests is non-existent, and they evince no regret about it! ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN DEALING WITH THESE MORONS. read more
