Nobody picks up the phone for a simple question! Called over 10 times throughout the day. CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!!

This branch is a gem in Scottsdale.... It is located next to Whole Foods. The parking is relatively open most times of the day as there is adequate parking in that center. All of the tellers are competent as well as friendly. They call me by my name which I think is really nice in this day in age where most things are automated!lThere is NEVER a long line... they always have at least 2 tellers and I have been there during busy times as well as the slower part of the day and I never felt that there was an excessive wait . The branch Manager, John M Holdman is very visible in the branch and I have had to meet with him several times over the past month and he has always been accommodating as well as helped me to find resolution. The assistant manager is Matthew Glirbas, as he is also extremely friendly and has been able to provide exceptional service when I have had an issue. I do the majority of my banking online, however every now and then there are specific things that can only get down in person. It's nice to know there is a friendly Chase, in the neighborhood! read more

This location is awesome! Everyone who works there has always been so kind, professional and helpful with whatever I need. The branch manager is great and he makes you feel welcome and appreciated. The have two drive through teller lanes and an ATM and I've always had prompt service. This is my preferred location by far! read more

There's a drive thru ATM and a in-person ATM unit. Not necessarily a bad thing but during high traffic points in the day, this can be frustrating if the person ahead of you is non-user intuitive and can't use a freaking ATM efficiently. Other than that, no complaints. It's a Chase bank branch in Scottsdale. What could go wrong? read more

I made the mistake of using Chase as my mortgage lender, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever endured. Robert Page, my mortgage lender, said that we would close on October 16th. Then he pushed it back until October 18th. Then he pushed it back until October 21st citing some ridiculous reason. Of course, we couldn't close on the 21 because of another ridiculous reason, so Robert pushed it back until October 25th. You see the trend? Then, we were supposed to close on October 28th....which didn't happen either. If you can't close on a certain date, then don't make a promise. It's that easy! I would have been much happier if you told me from the beginning that we wouldn't be able to close until October 29th...in which case I could have chosen a different lender.The situation got so bad that I had to reach out to Robert's boss, David Campbell. He said he would "take care of us" which is also another broken promise. In an effort to rectify the situation, Chase promised to reimburse us for the rent we had to pay when we couldn't move in on October 16th. Of course, they reneged on that as well. If you love being lied to, then Chase is the way to go for your mortgage! I had a terrible experience getting a mortgage at Chase. I had to call multiple managers at Chase before anything was done. They reimbursed me about $1000 for all the headache and bad information they gave me. $1000 seems like a lot, but they should have given us at least $3,000 back for deceiving us. If I could go back, I would have gone to a federal credit union for my mortgage. read more

I have been to many many chase bank locations over the years and this is the worst. The lines move so slow 4 people in line and it's a 20 minute wait cause the tellers have to have a detailed conversation with everyone read more

I hate chase bank. I can't stand it. Customer service is horrible. They make you feel like your a Terrorist or Bonnie and Clyde.

New chase branch, opened in June 2010. Indoor and drive-up ATMs. Been inside once so far to order more checks. Only got one mini up-sell which I quickly squelched. And the odor of new carpet and paint is slowly going away. So far no major issues. Especially since I adopted a 2nd phone line for them to call instead of my real home number. The 2nd line has the ringer permanently shut off and no voice mail. read more

I've been banking with Chase for over a year and a half now, but out of all the branches I've walked into, this one takes the cake! It helps that I work right across the parking lot, but it's also a newer branch so it's up to date and modern. They host a networking function every few months, inviting all the surrounding businesses to stop by and share what they do with each other! They go all out too, supplying all kinds of food and drink (also from the local businesses). The manager, tellers, and personal bankers here have been extremely helpful in getting my accounts in order! I do my banking at this branch whenever possible! read more

Marcos was very welcoming, professional in a way that eased my uncertainty. After attentively listening to my concerns he enlightened me about how Chase would be of assistance, he presented several scenarios to project the short term and long term benefits to guide me to make the best decisions. I was very comfortable and confident about making my choose. I choose to open several accounts. I know for sure I will definitely be working with Marcos whenever I need assistance he didn't just make a sell he provided value and great service. I've visited this branch on two separate occasions to set up new accounts. Both times I was helped by Marcos, who was very professional and knowledgeable. When I had questions, he conversed with me over email and followed up with a phone call. I haven't always been a fan of brick and mortar banks, but if I ever have questions about my Chase accounts, this will be the first place I go. Good place to bank at, sadly there's only 1 teller doing both the front counter and the drive-thru. Happy they don't close until 6pm compare to Bank of America that only open until 5pm. read more

This branch is very frustrating! Always long lines. One of the older tellers (with dark hair...forgot her name) can be very unfriendly. The managers don't know anything when I ask a question. It's always a waste of my time going in here. Once my credit card is paid off, I will close my account with Chase altogether. Not good customer service. read more
