We have the Chase app where we can go look at our account at any time. It's easy to get into and easy to navigate. I have two car notes with this Bank I also have two bank cards with them up until last year I never…read moremissed a payment not even a late payment was added to my account as something was wrong I made sure to call them right away I even kept up on the accounts that I had proof that was fraudulent it still made to payments and ask them to kindly reverse the charges because of the proof I had they reverse the charges then took those charges and reverse them back to me again I have tried working with this bank and selling blue in the face it is now in the police's hands because I refuse to pay for something that I didn't do I have been a great customer for 10 years and for them to do me the way they have done is just inhumane you guys have great experience with them that's a great but they look out for those that have more money in the bank and they don't care about the low totem people on the totem pole so to speak they really truly know and I see that now and that's okay eventually this will be all turned around and once it is turned down and my car notes are taken off of there and paid in full don't mind you they convinced me of getting a insurance Mopar insurance added to my vehicle that didn't even need added to it which was another $3,000 and when I asked him to take it off they told me no so I'm paying $3,000 extra on a vehicle that didn't need to be and I only owe $2,100 left on my $30,000 card that was only worth $9,000 so I got screwed over by them and of course by Irwin Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in Troy I can't stress it enough use caution when going to certain Banks make sure you do your research
