Actual quote in an email from him "You would not dare ask Wegmans why they've raised the price of their bananas since 2018, then ask what Dole/Chiquita charges them, and squeeze them for the difference." I was shocked to hear that from a customer service representative. I eventually had to walk away from the deal even if it ultimately would have saved me money just because the process of working with him was so upsetting.

I did like that at the checkout counter. There's a QR code you could scan to get the next drink free. The staff here was really nice and I do think I will come back again to get that free drink!

Drinks are priced like any coffee shop (Starbucks, etc), but you receive a 50% discount when using any Captial One credit card which makes them very affordable (a $7 latte becomes $3.50). They have a small assortment of pastries, cookies, muffins, etc. but they are not discounted. (They also had a MLB promotion during baseball season where all drinks on Monday were free, but that just ended). Contrary to some I've heard question it, this is not a "coffee shop in a bank", it's a cafe that has banking ability located inside. There are Capital One advisors who can help with banking and there are ATMs inside and outside. Being inside the mall (Door 3 on the Dick's Sporting Goods end) makes it a little inconvenient if you're not at the mall, but it's worth seeking out when you are there shopping. Only thing keeping it from being 5-stars is that they often only have one barista working which slows down the service at the counter.
