This Fidelity office was non-responsive. I received a sizable (by my standards) inheritance. A CPA…read morefriend highly recommended Fidelity and a few of their index funds as an investment portfolio. The nearest Fidelity office is in Rochester, NY, 1.5 hours from my home. I debated whether to fund the account in person, by phone and EFT or on line. I called three times to speak with a rep who was supposed to call me back but never did. Guess Fidelity does not want my money.
