I love the front entrance with their power assisted doors. Just push a button and the doors open automatically like hospitals and medical facilities. Tellers were waiting inside to help customers. I was the only customer at 10 am but another customer came inside later and was assisted by another teller. I have been banking with Home Bank for five years and I have no complaints. Even though I have accounts with two credit unions, Home Bank is my main financial institution and home to my main checking account.

Second and third time were to order and pick up foreign currency. I like traveling but I dislike exchanging money at airport kiosks because their rates are never good. It makes most sense to get foreign currency at a bank. I ordered Euros on Friday and they had them ready for me on Monday which is super! The tellers were quick and very friendly.

She said yes, but then asked "Do you have an account here?" I told her we did not have an account anywhere locally yet. She said "Then we won't do it. I think they have a notary at UPS or the post office though". For real? I have never had that issue in the past when I have needed something notarized. We did go to UPS after that to get the paperwork notarized (and hey, I didn't even have to have an account there!). I understand we're not customers and would have been happy to pay for the service. The ATM has been upgraded recently from a confusing touch screen and physical buttons combo to an all touch screen model. Big improvement! Their location is just inside the south door or where the grocery end of the store is located. I have not found this place to be too crowded on all of my visits during the past two years. There are usually two employees on hand so if one gets stuck on a lengthy transaction the other person or a manager will step up to a window even if they are helping a sit down customer. This has happened to me on two occasions.
